We recently connected with Lina Saba and have shared our conversation below.
Lina, looking forward to learning from your journey. You’ve got an amazing story and before we dive into that, let’s start with an important building block. Where do you get your work ethic from?
My father led by example throughout his life. He was such a hard worker. He worked 7 days a week and never complained. He was an electrical engineer and not only supported our family but his parents too. I derive a lot of my work ethic from him. I miss him dearly and know he is still watching over me from above.
Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
As a reflect on my journey, I would say reading/listening to audiobooks, tenacity and taking action. To expand on these.. one of the best ways to sharpen your saw is by continuously learning. Reading is one of the best ways to do that. Never giving up & making sure you’re always following up. When I do learn new skills, it’s key to put them into practice by taking action. For those at the early stages of their journey, my advice is to enhance skills by partnering with or seeking guidance from a mentor who has achieved what you aspire to do. The people you surround yourself with play a pivotal role in your journey, so choose your connections wisely.
Thanks so much for sharing all these insights with us today. Before we go, is there a book that’s played in important role in your development?
“The Untethered Soul” by Michael Singer, is my favorite book. It was a game changer in my life. It really helps you understand that your mind is constantly striving for what’s comfortable and it teaches you to go outside of your comfort zone. It also instills the empowering realization that breaking free from limiting beliefs is not only possible but essential for personal growth.
