Meet LINDSAY ANASTASIO

Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to LINDSAY ANASTASIO. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

LINDSAY, first a big thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts and insights with us today. I’m sure many of our readers will benefit from your wisdom, and one of the areas where we think your insight might be most helpful is related to imposter syndrome. Imposter syndrome is holding so many people back from reaching their true and highest potential and so we’d love to hear about your journey and how you overcame imposter syndrome.
I love this question! The imposter syndrome is an ongoing journey, so a dream support team is crucial. I am surrounded by coaches, trainers, friends, and personal development/spiritual teachers… who normalize the human journey, and we start to see we are all imposters! What does anyone know about life? We are in self-discovery, learning, growing, and evolving. It makes things seamless when you have the right people supporting you and assisting you when you are going through turbulence and feel like quitting.

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?
LA Woman Coaching collaborates with clients on their quantum jump (aka quantum leap) into their dream visions. LA Woman catalyzes career and life balance., satisfaction, and customized structure. Clients shift their scarcity-old paradigm and walk into an abundance mindset (prosperity consciousness), a new paradigm way of being, integrating leading-edge science into the collaborative experience and finding themselves in a thriving sustainability ecosystem.

LA Woman excites me because this is my life’s passion and a lifetime of real-time research and development. I have always been curious about the game of life, and as Albert Einstein stated,” Learn the rules of the game of life and play them better than anyone else.” That is what I am doing and is my offering to my clients. We live in such exciting times, and leading-edge science continually validates ancient wisdom. We are in a friendly universe filled with infinite possibilities and time to live our best lives!

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
After eight years in the US Army in leadership roles, discipline is one of the most influential skills I can bring. I AM UNSTOPPABLE when I am focused on a goal and passionate about it! My quest for wisdom has also led me to the most enthralling life experiences. I am an avid reader and constantly explore new topics to become well-rounded. Lastly, I am originally from New York, with an Aries birthday and high energy! I love motivating myself and others to make even the most mundane tasks fun and a game!

One of our goals is to help like-minded folks with similar goals connect and so before we go we want to ask if you are looking to partner or collab with others – and if so, what would make the ideal collaborator or partner?
I love collaborating with others on projects, workshops, and business ideas. I am always looking for others who understand the importance of ancient wisdom and quantum mechanics for our life journey. And development. Additionally, those doing the personal development work to evolve and break the ancestral patterns and want to transcend. There is a specific flow with like-minded individuals on the hero’s journey who can understand my impactful work. Lastly, passion is a requirement!
