Developing the ability to take risks is undoubtedly one of the most critical characteristics that all business owners or entrepreneurs should possess and consistently cultivate. For Liz and Steven, the founders of Vegan Cuban Cuisine, building this capacity has been a continuous process, rooted in their mindset of perceiving challenges and failures as opportunities for learning and growth.

Embracing a mindset that sees challenges and failures as stepping stones to success has allowed Liz and Steven to approach risk-taking with confidence. We’ve carefully crafted our menu to include traditional favorites like Imperial Rice, Cuban Sandwiches, and Croquetas, all made with plant-based protein alternatives. Looking back over the past 12 months or so, what do you think has been your biggest area of improvement or growth?
As Vegan Cuban Cuisine, we have made significant improvements in our financial organization and management over the past 12 months. Recognizing the importance of financial stability and efficiency, we have taken several steps to strengthen this aspect of our business.
