Lovie, thanks so much for taking the time to share your insights and lessons with us today. We’re particularly interested in hearing about how you became such a resilient person. Where do you get your resilience from?
My resilience was born from childhood trauma, my connection to sports (college/pro basketball), and my FAITH.
Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?
I’ve been blessed with the ability to uniquely create AND tell stories that people are, and by the grace of GoD will continue to be, intrigued by years to come and BEYOND…
My passion is to inspire others to be better not just to others…but to themselves as well.
“You have to put the oxygen mask on yourself first so that you will be worth something to those who need you the most…”.
If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
One of the attributes I’m most proud of is my work ethic which I developed from playing basketball on a high level.
Once you acquire a work ethic…it NEVER EVER goes away!!!

The most influential book I’ve ever had the honor and pleasure of reading is the good book…the BIBLE.
Ancient wisdom is modern wisdom and BEYOND!!!
We can apply the same teachings today without losing the essence of the message…it just takes diligent practice, a lot of patience, and a little creativity.
