Hi Malabar, appreciate you sitting with us today to share your wisdom with our readers. So, let’s start with resilience – where do you get your resilience from?
Hi and thank you for the invite!
I feel the resilience comes from a mixture of pain, love and frustration that you get through experience.
It’s the wisdom acquired from it all. .
How you deeply tell yourself to bounce back from setbacks & how gratifying it is to set out a plan and see it through, regardless of how difficult or long it may take.
Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?
Hi folks
My ultimate goal is to create a couple different franchises based upon passion and love.
Therefore, it’s less profit based and more about giving to those that gave their excitement to the various projects I may have created.
Them claiming something I created as “theirs” is the greatest “payment” I could ever ask for.
There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
The ability to read people well and all the complexities that entails.
Not abiding by what “yes” people say or even yessing people, to simply appease them and myself which is (the power of saying “no”)
Follow your own gut instincts (if you really trust it) and be fully involved with whatever you are doing.
How would you describe your ideal client?
The most ideal client is someone that takes what I have provided and can use it for the rest of their life. Ideally, that person would be able to even pass me, in many ways, to places I may not have been able to take it myself.
