Meet Marc & Wren Fegarsky

Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Marc & Wren Fegarsky. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Marc & Wren, thank you so much for joining us. You are such a positive person and it’s something we really admire and so we wanted to start by asking you where you think your optimism comes from?
Our optimism stems from the belief that inside everyone is their best self. That awesome person you see yourself being in your best moments. Combine that with positive reinforcement, experiences, a support system, and acts of kindness; and the optimism grows, and more importantly spreads.

I appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?
We are the co-founders of SCHPARKLY CREATIVE – a branding, design, and marketing agency. We develop and support the brand visions of kick-ass companies that are transforming the way business should be done. Inclusivity, diversity, and sustainability are our foundation. Our extensive experience, killer design skills, and creative ingenuity will help your brand STAND UP and STAND OUT.   We’re hell-bent on creating positive change in the world. Let’s be a force for good.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
Brands are designed around a target market. One of the most important things to understand in branding is:

1)That which appeals to you, or your client, may not be the thing that appeals to your target market. Do the research. Understand who you need to appeal to.

2) Never give up. Always show up. Take advantage of opportunities as they present themselves and build trust with each of your clients. This turns into the foundation of a solid agency.

3) Stand for something. Discover who you are as a designer, brand specialist, marketer, or anything else really. Have a point of view, and a set of values and stand behind them.

As far as how to develop these three things… Take the time to work on yourself, and your business. It’s easy to get caught up just doing the projects. Spend close to an equal amount of time on personal and business development.

Who is your ideal client or what sort of characteristics would make someone an ideal client for you?
Our ideal clients are purpose-led businesses that are doing something good for the world and stand behind their values.
