I Receive My Work Ethic From My Parents! Even Though I Grew Up In A Single Parent Home Morals & Values Were Instill In Me From Both Sides! Witnessing My Mother’s Dedication, Commitment & Loyalty Was Unmatched! My Dad Devoted His Life To The Automotive Industry For Over 35 Years & Never Once Complained! The Tenacity Passion & Drive That I Have For My Brand Is Why I Push So Hard!

As Far As I Can Remember I’ve Always Wanted To Be A Teacher! In My Second Year Of College I Got My First Job Working In Retail & That’s The Day My Life Changed! Nevertheless I Refocused My Career Path! It Was Something About The Fashion, Helping Others, Meeting New People & Creating Looks That Feed My Soul! I Worked In Retail Management Since 2004 & In July Of 2021 I Decided To Step Out On Faith & Resigned! I Started Off Making Bracelets As Just Something To Do For Myself Because I Love Bracelets But Could Never Find What Represented Who I Was! My Customers Were Asking Where Did I Get My Bracelets From & That’s When I Decided To Make Them For Others! It Was Something Beyond My Expectations! When My Mother Passed Away Is When I Began To Handmade Earrings. I Didn’t Know Then But I Know Now It’s Apart Of My Healing & Grieving Process! It’s Extremely Therapeutic & It Actually Looks Good! Lol I Have Most Definitely Found My Calling & Purpose! Our Accessories Are Made To Make You Feel Beautiful, Bold & Confident! Our Newest Accomplishment Is That Our Brand Is Now On Walmart.com For The World To See!
There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
Looking Back The Three Qualities That Are Most Impactful To My Journey Is Customer Service, Exceeding Goals & Time Management! My Retail Experience Has Taught Me All These Skill Sets, Which I Use On A Daily Basis Running My Business! Every Season In Your Life Should Be Used As A Learning Experience Whether It’s Positive or Negative. I Never Knew That All Those Late Night Floor Plans, Black Friday’s & Crazy Busy Saturday’s Was Prepping Me For My Business! If You Can Do It For Someone Else You Definitely Have To Power To Do It For Yourself! First & For Most There Will Be Days When You Feel Undefeated & Overwhelmed But The Out Come Is Always Greater! If You Have A Dream Go For It! No One Else Can See It & That’s The Beauty In It Because You Can Birth It The Exact Way You See Fit! Always Remember If You Are Obedient In Your Gift God Will Super Seed Your Expectations & Blow Your Mind! Never Give Up Under No Circumstances Even If You Have To Start Over 50 Times! That Fifty First Time May Very Well Change Your Life!
What is the number one obstacle or challenge you are currently facing and what are you doing to try to resolve or overcome this challenge?
Starting A Business Is A Scary Thing Within It Self! After You Take That Step The Hard Part Isn’t Over! One Of The Obstacles The I’ve Faced Is Getting My Brand Known! Sometimes If You Are A New Brand People Aren’t As Receptive To You But That Hasn’t Detered Me! Your Family & Friends Can’t Alwyas Support You So It’s Imperative To Build Your Clientele! Some Of The Things That I Have Don’t Is Being A Vendor At Multiple Pop Up Shops! It’s A Must You Invest In Your Business, So I Have Reached Out To Many Influencers To Send Them Free Prouduct In Return For A Picture! I Can’t Be Afraid Of Rejection It’s Either A Yes Or No But Always Keep Trying! Making Our Social Media Presence Because People Always Have A Phone In Thier Hand! So Far These Things Has Been Impactful & I Will Keep Striving For Greatness!
