Meet Michael Salvatore

We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Michael Salvatore. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Michael below.

Michael, we’re so excited for our community to get to know you and learn from your journey and the wisdom you’ve acquired over time. Let’s kick things off with a discussion on self-confidence and self-esteem. How did you develop yours?
Developing confidence and self esteem is so important in business and our personal lives as well. One of the first steps for anyone who’s seeking to further develop their belief in themselves is to know that they are worth it. Then start eliminating anything in our lives that contradict that belief.

Once an individual has begun the path they’ll need to decide if it’s the right direction they’re headed. Life will throw tests, and obstacles in our way to challenge our worthiness of what we want. If we’re serious about what we want, we’ll need to face our fears and challenges with a smile understanding what these challenges really are… A path to success.

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?
I have worked as a professional for over 15+ years. As I have grown and matured so has my business, team, and the services I provide. Specializing in working with non profit organizations we have been able to create content that has made in impact. Content that is memorable and content that people want to share.

As a storyteller we believe that great art creates feelings, it doesn’t just tell you things, it makes you feel something. Our work through photography and videography has taken us around the corner, and around the world because what we do is special, and authentic to the clients we serve.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
Looking back the three qualities that stand out among the crowd are:

1. Understanding human beings.
2. Understanding clients needs.
3. Understanding the audience we’re looking to reach.

Advice for those just getting started would be to get to know people. Travel, talk, meet, share without expectation.

How can folks who want to work with you connect?
We’re always looking to partner with businesses that we can bring value to, other artists we can collaborate with and good human beings who are on the same path as we are. If there are individuals reading this that would like to reach out they can do so by visiting me on my latest and newest social media venture @MichaelSalvatorePIX
