Hi Mike , appreciate you sitting with us today to share your wisdom with our readers. So, let’s start with resilience – where do you get your resilience from?
Resilience for me is found when you understand that there is no other way hut foward, you meed to keep going .
I understand that everything is happening for a reason and in every ” obstacle or challenge” in life there is always a lesson to learn. Definifely love and acceptence are key and also remmember that if you focus on the positive and always do your best however that looks like , then everything gets better.
Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?
I am a 35 years old Choreographer, dancer, creative, Fighter, Spiritual mentor as well. I wnjoy nature a lot and I love the ocean , I rarely wacth TV. But I listen to a lot of podcast. Something thet excite me about all the things I do is that every single one of them allow me to express and channel my energy And feelings In many different ways. It can be through movement Or creating anything, and also I get to share who I am as a soul Through my art, My creations or when I speak with others and I can share Experiences or tips for The journey that they are on, or about how to overcome obstacles in life. I do believe that having This outlets of expression and using my God giving talents to serve and grow give a Big Purpose to My Life.
But if I have to pick one it will be the feeling of being on stage dancing for 60,000 people Or really the number doesn’t matter but The moment when I’m Up there on Stage is crazy, it is an unbelievable experience all the energy running through my body all the adrenaline, the excitement, the heart Racing Because of pure joy It’s insane. That is something Really awesome to feel an experience and there is no other way to experience it unless you are there. It’s Crazy.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
Number one. Mindset. Believing in yourself is key, Remember Always to believe in yourself because if you don’t do it Anybody else will also remember that there is only one you in this Planet and nobody else have what you have, love yourself Unconditionally And always be nice to yourself no matter what other people tell you always be nice to yourself.
Number 2. Know That What is for you it will never pass you, and what is not meant for you will pass you. Trust in your timing, everybody timeline is different, Believe that the things that are meant to you will get to you at the perfect time! And do not compare yourself to others because comparison kills happiness.
Focus on you. The competition is You VS You
Number 3. Control your emotions. Do not let your emotions control you don’t make decisions based on your emotional state. Always Be kind and And do your best. And remember that we are not for everybody, there is places where we’re gonna fit in and there’s places where we’re not gonna fit in but at the end of the day the most important thing is that you never let yourself down!
Always do your best to be better that yesterday and trust me. The right people will cross paths with you.
Before we go, any advice you can share with people who are feeling overwhelmed?
When I’m overwhelmed I like to ground myself by connecting with nature and turning off the noise of the outside for example.
I put away my phone I take deep breaths meditate everyday as part of my morning routine, I like to take off my shoes walk in the sand or walk in the grass sit down calm Just be, take deep breaths also help a lot And when I feel calm then I make a list of the situations that overwhelmed.
When I have the list I go through it And I start to solve problems little-by-little one at the time. Then I look at those that are not in my responsibility or are not under my control and I let them go.
I release them with fate that everything is gonna get solved at the right moment in the perfect circumstances and I do not let take my piece anymore.
When you disect and analize what is overwelming you it’s easier to take control of your thougths and have a clear mind, therefore a sense of peace and calmness. Also working out works, Any type of meditation always helps to clear the mind.
Another really good strategy is calling my friends or people that I like and get me out of my head you know, just make me think other things Laugh, Listen to them, talk to your loved ones, do good things for you, go out to take a walk, go to get some ice cream, go to swim, Paint, I don’t know go to pet some dogs etc.
Do the things that make you feel human, connected and make you remember that there’s a biggest purpose in life That our careers or the Material things , take care of your spirit.
