We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Mike Reifeiss a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Mike, so good to have you with us today. We’ve always been impressed with folks who have a very clear sense of purpose and so maybe we can jump right in and talk about how you found your purpose?
My journey began in 2005 with a risky move that helped me leave the mortgage industry behind. I’ll never forget that evening when I decided to attend a poker event, went all in, and won big.
Later that night, I saw a luxurious, classy limo outside the hotel, and what drew my attention was that the people inside, including the chauffeur, were having a great time. That was when I realized I wanted to have my own limousine transportation company, so I purchased my first li-mo with my winnings and named my business Aall In Limo & Party Bus.
That poker game, my decision to listen to the inspiration and go all in, was life-changing; it made it possible to break out of the professional routine weighing me down and become a happy and proud owner of a limo transportation company.

Aall In Limo & Party Bus provides luxury limousine transportation services at affordable prices. We have developed exclusive partnerships with the top local wineries and breweries so our clients can benefit from special discounts on the wine and brewery tours they book through us. We provide limo services for any event and occasion, including winery & brewery tours, birthday parties, anniversaries, bachelor & bachelorette parties, weddings, prom, casino nights, concerts, sporting events, and business meetings.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
I’m incredibly passionate about my work, which motivates me to keep high standards and be an industry leader in California.
Going the extra mile for each of our clients is another factor that has contributed to the company’s success. Planning a successful party bus experience requires finesse and focus on the details. Checking all the boxes and fitting all preferences can be quite a challenge, especially when larger groups are involved.
When you see an opportunity, seize it, take the risk, and go all in. It is the best advice I can give.
Any advice for folks feeling overwhelmed?
I love to play golf, so I play my favorite course whenever I feel overwhelmed. The fresh air, the stunning surroundings, and my friends’ company are the best ways to unwind and recharge my batteries. Playing golf requires accuracy, focus, and concentration, developing creativity and creative thinking. It helps me improve my problem-solving skills, as taking that time away from my problems allows me to put things into perspective.
After playing 18 holes, I always return to my office with a refreshed mind and renewed to resolve the issues that have made me feel overwhelmed calmly. This is the strategy that works best for me.
