Milton, we’re thrilled to have you sharing your thoughts and lessons with our community. So, for folks who are at a stage in their life or career where they are trying to be more resilient, can you share where you get your resilience from?
I have always enjoy my career as professional musician as a performer and also a Professor at the University of Georgia. Although sometimes is overwhelming with work the pleasure of the performances has always move me forward
Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?
Most of my work is done through performances solo , chamber music and orchestra besides the full time work at the University. Most of the publicity os done by the venues
If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
In Muisc as performer is to continue always a routine of Practicing. Discipline is the key element
What is the number one obstacle or challenge you are currently facing and what are you doing to try to resolve or overcome this challenge?
as a Double Bass soloist the biggest challenge in flyin around the world is the instrument itself. You have to fly with a six foor trunk for insurance purposes and airlines are not always the most accommodating
