Meet Miriam Chadwell

We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Miriam Chadwell. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Miriam below.

Miriam, we’re so excited for our community to get to know you and learn from your journey and the wisdom you’ve acquired over time. Let’s kick things off with a discussion on self-confidence and self-esteem. How did you develop yours?
I have developed my confidence by actively and intentionally testing my risk tolerance. The more comfortable I am with taking risks, the more confidence I have when approaching new or challenging things. If I can look at something new and uncertain and have peace with the outcome no matter how it plays out it gives me a sense of certainty or ablity to show up fully in the moment of that challenge. To embrace the most authentic version of myself and trust that even though it may not be perfect it is, in fact enough.

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?

About me…

I’m Miriam and I am in love with this divinely guided life!

And I am especially in love with people connecting to the divine in intimate and authentic ways.

I was born into a family that had generations of clergy people. The focus of almost all of our conversations was around God, the church, and ministry to the people who came to church. And while I was part of the culture well into my 20’s I always had this underlying question, “but, is this it?” It never felt like the religion I was born into told the whole story, and I was tired of looking at life through a single lens.

But I didn’t feel brave enough to start asking these questions out loud until I was well into my seminary studies. It was through these years committed to deep reflection that I found the courage to ask myself, “What do I think, what do I feel, what do I know to be true about my spirituality?”

Not because someone else has told me what it should look like but because I know it to be true deep in my bones.

And so I left the confines of religion and set out to understand my unique connection to Source. Through years of questioning, study, and experience I find myself here in this beautiful space of feeling completely rooted in my connection to the divine and yet constantly open to explore and learn more about this limitless source of love.

My great dream for the collective is for all of us to feel safe remembering and reclaiming our divine connection and gifting ourselves the freedom to explore our unique spirituality however it plays out.

I help people stay in the flow of their spiritual evolution/awakening by reflecting to them their divine truth and purpose so that they can reclaim and re-establish the powerful spiritual connection that will help create the empowered experience they are looking for.

I do this through 1:1 sessions on Zoom in single sessions or 3-6 month containers. During this time we create a space that is safe to explore current beliefs about the divine, we identify if those beliefs resonate with the current version of you, and if they don’t, we explore what it is you believe to be true about your spiritual connection. During sessions, I will dive into your Human Design and we will also procure real-life processes that you can incorporate into your daily decision-making that will support your beliefs but also keep you in alignment with your natural energetic structure.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
Curiosity, discomfort, and desire. These 3 qualities kept me out of stagnation.
Over the years I have been able to differentiate between acting out of fear and acting out of curiosity, discomfort (different than fear), and desire.
I found that if I could identify that one of these 3 states was occurring then I was on to something worth pursuing. These cues to explore all come from my heart and sacral, the drive to act out of fear comes from my mind. Actions that I take from the sacral/heart always create a sense of satisfaction, actions that come from fear/mind create more of the same and never offer a satisying solution.

All the wisdom you’ve shared today is sincerely appreciated. Before we go, can you tell us about the main challenge you are currently facing?
I have had so many times of quantum growth in the past decade that I struggle with my growth being steady and consistent. Right now, I am making space in my life and business for the revealing of magic to be a daily practice and experience I am looking for deep meaningful daily connection and steady growth instead of a roller-coaster experience. Don’t get me wrong I have loved my quantum leaping! But these days I’m finding I want to be loving woo-ed by the universe and I think that happens by being available every day to witness how she loves me.
