My work ethic is deeply rooted in the influence of my late mother. She was an incredibly hardworking individual, and her unwavering dedication to her responsibilities left a lasting impression on me. Throughout my upbringing, I witnessed her commitment to work tirelessly day in and day out, never taking a moment for herself. Her challenging upbringing, losing her mother at a young age and assuming the caretaker role for her younger brother, instilled a strong sense of responsibility in her. I believe her experiences and the hardships she faced in Vietnam shaped her work ethic, and I’ve learned invaluable lessons from her example. I firmly believe that hard work and dedication yield fruitful results. Even if the outcome doesn’t align exactly with our expectations, knowing that we gave our absolute best without any regrets is a testament to the power of hard work.

As the CEO and designer of Le Réussi®, I have the privilege of creating and leading a clothing line that embodies my passion for fashion and self-expression. What I find most exciting and special about my work is the opportunity to translate my creative vision into wearable art that empowers individuals to embrace their unique style and confidence.
Recently, we had the incredible honor of hosting a fashion event in Hollywood in collaboration with Wolf & Badger. This collaboration allowed us to showcase our latest designs and connect with a diverse audience of fashion enthusiasts and industry professionals. It was a remarkable experience to see our garments come to life on the runway, and the positive feedback and support we received from attendees were truly inspiring.
Looking ahead, we continuously strive to push boundaries and expand our brand’s presence. We have exciting plans for future events, product launches, and collaborations to further elevate the Le Réussi® brand. Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
Reflecting on my journey, three qualities have had the most significant impact on my path. Firstly, being honest and transparent with my business partners has been crucial. Building trust and fostering open communication has allowed me to attract like-minded individuals who share the same values and work ethic.
Secondly, hard work has been instrumental in my journey. Putting in the time, effort, and dedication required to achieve my goals has been essential. Hard work demonstrates your commitment and sets you apart from the competition.
Lastly, acquiring business knowledge and skills has been invaluable. Understanding the industry’s intricacies, staying updated on market trends, and continuously learning and improving my skills have given me a competitive edge. Investing in my own personal and professional development has been a critical factor in my growth.
I suggest embracing these three qualities for those who are early in their journey. Be honest and transparent in your dealings, as it will attract partners with the same characteristics. Embrace hard work and be willing to make the necessary effort to achieve your goals. Lastly, be eager to learn and develop your business knowledge and skills. Seek growth opportunities, whether through courses, mentorship, or networking, and be open to taking on new challenges.
