Meet Noa Sade

Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Noa Sade. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Hi Noa, thank you so much for opening up with us about some important, but sometimes personal topics. One that really matters to us is overcoming Imposter Syndrome because we’ve seen how so many people are held back in life because of this and so we’d really appreciate hearing about how you overcame Imposter Syndrome.
I love this question since so many talented individuals are struggling with it and as a coach one of my passions is to relieve my clients from this indeed crippling syndrome.

So Ill start with the end, I didn’t fully recover from it, but I have reframed it and made it my friend.

Those who suffer from the imposter syndrome are often healers, teachers, facilitators, coaches, people who transform other peoples life, and so I believe the imposter syndrome can help us and protect us from our egos rising, manipulating us and eventually disrupting our service.

In other words, I think it can be healthy for us life changing individuals to have a voice that keeps us humble. It can be very confusing for the ego to have such a strong impact on peoples life, I mean some pf us save lives! and so I have stop naming it the imposter syndrome, I call it my ‘ego protector’ and it works.

when it comes up in me and I feel ‘who am I to say it? to offer this?’ and other thoughts that express this syndrome, I first say ‘thank you for reminding me I am a human that is capable of mistakes’ and then I remind myself that this is not about me and I need to do what I believe is best at this moment.

In all fields of self help, holistic and traditional, we hold the compassionate understanding that each person does the best of his/her abilities in every given moment, and I tell myself the same: ‘do the best you can today’

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?
After 8 years of coaching many healers and facilitators, I am thrilled to Co-founded the first marketplace for Holistic Treatments – Book Holistic Treatments (coming very soon). With my partner Tirza Shatz, who’s a brilliant UX-UI designer, we are passionately working on launching soon.

Book Holistic Treatment is the first marketplace for holistic facilitators, where they can be booked and grow their holistic business.

This idea came to me years ago out of my love and dedication to support healers enjoy financial success and more people in the world can have easy access to the wonderful and endless benefits of holistic solutions.

Our mission is to inform potential clients about the methods that can help them and uplift the holistic community towards prosperity.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
NO complains – Creative solutions. I am personally allergic to complains, it has a very low frequency and I am pretty strict about it with both myself and my clients.

Resourcefulness. – in our incredible age of information there is always a way to learn and grow, find what you need in order to develop! it often a google search away, or a YouTube video away

Expansion – when stress comes close I use the mantra ‘I can handle this’ which has the energy of expansion.
Work on your nervous system so you can handle more not less

What was the most impactful thing your parents did for you?
My dad is a wise and happy man. When I was young he used to tell me: ‘Take advice exclusively from happy people’.
It is such a brilliant approach that helped me turn of the noise.

You see those who cant and didnt are much louder than those who can and did. It is really important for to open my heart to the advice and point of view of those who has, done or are something I want to be have or do.

I am looking for inspiration in the people around me
