Meet Odeil Kimble

Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Odeil Kimble. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Odeil , we’re thrilled to have you sharing your thoughts and lessons with our community. So, for folks who are at a stage in their life or career where they are trying to be more resilient, can you share where you get your resilience from?
I get my resilience from a combination of life experiences , mindset and personal value . I’ve faced challenges early part of my life due to my mother passing away . I’ve had to learn how to overcome that and use it as motivation to just keep going in life . It has given me an inner strength that refuses to quit even when things get tough with my life , business, family , and also goals . I’ve developed a strong sense of purpose, whether through my family , faith and my personal growth .

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?
Kimble Lawn Care is more than just lawn services . It’s a reflection of hard work, dedication , and a passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces . What make it exciting and special is the pride I take in transforming yards , whether it’s through precision cuts , vibrant landscaping or simply leaving the homeowner a space they can enjoyed .The relationship you build with customers or the freedom of running your own business that makes it stand out . I’m looking forward to expansion toward the future and putting a lot more smiles on my future customers face.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
For Kimble Lawn Care the three important qualities, skills ,and areas of knowledge in landscaping would be attention to detail , strong work ethic ,and customer service . Knowing what to plant and how to maintain lawns throughout different seasons is very important .

What has been your biggest area of growth or improvement in the past 12 months?
Over the last 12 months , my biggest area of growth has been in adapting to deeper more personalized conversations. I’ve been improving at recognizing individual preferences, remembering details that matter to you , and helping in ways that align with specific goals .
