Paula, so great to have you with us and we want to jump right into a really important question. In recent years, it’s become so clear that we’re living through a time where so many folks are lacking self-confidence and self-esteem. So, we’d love to hear about your journey and how you developed your self-confidence and self-esteem.
It wasn’t easy but with alot of meditation and reprogramming of my mind and thoughts

Hello My name is Paula Lewis from Houston, TX. How I changed my life when I walked out of 300lbs. When I started this journey over 3 years ago I wanted it to be more. I wanted it to be a Lifestyle and I would be able to help inspire other people who are a struggle with obesity. It starts with your Mind. You have to change how you think Your Thoughts become Things

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
