We were lucky to catch up with Raul Moreno recently and have shared our conversation below.

Raul, we’re thrilled to have you on our platform and we think there is so much folks can learn from you and your story. Something that matters deeply to us is living a life and leading a career filled with purpose and so let’s start by chatting about how you found your purpose.
I found my purpose when I was introduced to surreal art. As a kid I loved video games I found it fascinating how many things can be controlled in a fictional world, it made think life was a game as a kid. The more I played the more my curiosity grew till one day a cousin of mine told me about photoshop. I was so confused when I started little did I know my cousin was giving me the basics to start my foundation this foundation later help me outgrow gamer life. Frist 3 months of editing was exhausting trying to learn how to use the programs, After 2 years of experience I would challenge myself to advanced projects still till this day I challenge myself, every challenge is a new skill to perfect. After 6 years of pure photoshop I bought a gaming computer same process repeats but with different programs. moral of the story is the more challenging it becomes the better the craftsmanship.

Hi, my name is Raul Moreno I am visual graphics artist I specialize in graphic design my work can be described as surreal worlds created by combining different photographs and CGI (computer generated imagery) elements. I was born October 24th, 1999 in Modesto California I have an enormous passion for editing in general, over the years I been working on my passion trying to master the basic and the dilemma’s that come with it. I’ve done several projects, logos, videos, designs and photoshoots for small local businesses and for entertainment. My family has encouraged me to continue with my passion, I decided that I want to pursue my passion along with establishing a film production company such as Universal Studios, Lucas Films, Sony Pictures, and Dream Works Studios. I decide to build 24 productions with the goal of becoming world’s most creative company to ever exist! the number 24 stands for the day I was born and the production name is due to the wide variety of designs I can achieve with my creativity. The goal is to make it memorable. In the end, it all comes down to problem-solving, It’s always important with a high level of realism in my work. Having an understanding of every step from idea and planning, photography and post-production is very important to make everything come together seamlessly. In 5 or 15 years from now, I see myself traveling the world introducing 24 productions as an established film production company internationally

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
The three qualities that were most impactful were obsession, perfection, and consistency. First and foremost when I found my passion it instantly became an obsession because I would compare myself to professional artist with years worth of experiences. That alone sometimes creates unhealthy obsessions but in my case I knew that In order to reach my goals I would need to submerge myself into the zone as I call it.

Obsession and perfection come in hand just like right and left you can’t have one without the other. Every detail till this day takes me while to think about because at times when I have an idea and put it into the works if it doesn’t come out like I imagine it even if it’s a tiny hair on a charter without exaggeration I won’t let it fly unless I’m in a good mode or I need to post something for content. Both combinations drive me crazy in a healthy way but it’s what keeps the intense creative juices flowing while in the works.

Last, but not least all three combinations obsession, perfection, and consistency is a common foundation found in most successful creators. For example MrBeast who is YouTubes biggest creator in its platform, has said himself in interviews he became obsessed with YouTube and wanted to become number one most popular creators amongst the YouTube community. MrBeast is a great example of all three qualities I just mentioned, with these qualities and mindset creators are most likely to reach goals faster without a second thought.
