Regina , we’re so excited for our community to get to know you and learn from your journey and the wisdom you’ve acquired over time. Let’s kick things off with a discussion on self-confidence and self-esteem. How did you develop yours?
MAKE YOUR OWN MARK !

I developed my confidence and self-esteem by focusing on my strengths, learning from challenges, and stepping out of my comfort zone. SYLTBAR has played a significant role in this journey, as our brand challenges us every day. Surrounding myself with a positive team at SYLTBAR and practicing self-compassion have been essential. I set small, achievable goals and celebrate progress, which keeps me motivated, but I also dream big, which helps me stay patient and prepared. Staying aligned with my passions and prioritizing my health have also made a big difference. Being involved every day with a product that is 100% naturally produced and that I truly love makes everything feel easier to achieve.

SYLTBAR is more than just a brand; it’s a lifestyle rooted in health, authenticity, and enjoyment. Our journey began with a simple but profound realization during a visit to the beautiful island of Sylt in Germany—an island known for its natural beauty, sophistication, and relaxed luxury. There, we discovered the exceptional Prosecco that would eventually inspire SYLTBAR.

What sets SYLTBAR apart is our unwavering commitment to offering the healthiest and most natural sparkling and still wines on the market. Every bottle is 100% naturally produced, free from added sugars, chemicals, or artificial additives. In fact, SYLTBAR wines were scientifically tested by the Diabetes Research Institute in Miami and found to have the lowest sugar content compared to other leading brands. This makes them an excellent choice for people who prioritize wellness but still want to indulge in life’s pleasures.

We’re incredibly proud of the relationships we’ve built with our customers, team, and suppliers, all of whom share our dedication to quality and integrity. Whether it’s our Mr SYLTBAR Premium Prosecco or Mrs SYLTBAR Sparkling Rosé, every bottle reflects our passion for excellence and the joy of sharing moments with loved ones.

What’s new at SYLTBAR?
We’re excited to launch our latest product, Loopidilup, a healthier Aperol aperitif made from an old family recipe from South Tyrol. Crafted with organic, locally sourced herbs and fruits, and fresh Alpine water, it offers a refreshing alternative to traditional aperitifs. Loopidilup will initially be available through our online store, in January 2025 and we can’t wait to see how our customers embrace it.

On a broader scale, we are constantly expanding our reach, ensuring that SYLTBAR is available in more markets and venues, including some of the most celebrated restaurants and hotels in the U.S.

At its core, SYLTBAR is about elevating everyday moments into something extraordinary. Whether it’s a romantic date night, a celebration with friends, or simply winding down after a long day, that is why we call SYLTBAR your ” Healthy Happy Healthy Daily Juice”

 

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

Looking back, three key elements have been instrumental in SYLTBAR’s journey:

Authenticity and Integrity
From the very beginning, staying true to our values and our commitment to producing 100% natural, high-quality wines has been essential. Authenticity builds trust, and integrity sustains it. For those starting their journey, I would advise defining your core principles early on and making decisions that align with them, no matter how tempting shortcuts may seem. Consistency is key—people will connect with and respect your authenticity.
Customer-Centric Mindset
Understanding and prioritizing our customers has been crucial. Listening to their feedback, meeting their needs, and exceeding expectations has allowed SYLTBAR to cultivate a loyal community. For anyone starting out, I recommend actively engaging with your audience. Ask questions, listen attentively, and use what you learn to refine your offerings. Building strong customer relationships can be your greatest asset.
Adaptability and Continuous Learning
The ability to adapt to changing market trends and consumer preferences while staying true to our core values has been invaluable. For example, embracing digital platforms and expanding into new product categories like Loopidilup helped us stay relevant and innovative. To develop this skill, I suggest staying curious, being open to learning, and surrounding yourself with people who bring diverse perspectives. Challenges are opportunities to grow—embrace them.
Advice for Those Early in Their Journey
First, take the time to deeply understand what makes your product, service, or idea unique and meaningful. Then, build a foundation of authenticity and trust. Focus on creating real value for your customers, and never stop learning or improving. Success is a combination of passion, consistency, and the willingness to evolve while staying grounded in your values.
These four key elements are crucial to ensuring a company’s success: Best Product, Customer, Team, and Supplier.

The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz has been one of the most influential books in my life and development. Its teachings resonate deeply not only on a personal level but also in how I approach my work with SYLTBAR and my interactions with others. This book offers a simple yet profound framework for living a life of integrity, joy, and authenticity.

Here are a few impactful lessons I’ve drawn from it:

Be Impeccable with Your Word
This principle reminds me to communicate with honesty and kindness, both in business and in personal relationships. At SYLTBAR, it aligns with our commitment to authenticity and transparency in everything we do—from our natural production methods to the way we engage with customers, suppliers, and our team.
Don’t Take Anything Personally
This agreement has taught me resilience and emotional freedom. In the world of business, it’s easy to get caught up in external opinions or challenges. This lesson reminds me to separate others’ actions from my self-worth, staying focused on what truly matters.
Don’t Make Assumptions
Misunderstandings often stem from unspoken expectations or assumptions. In our work, this principle has reinforced the importance of clear communication—whether it’s with our team, distributors, or customers. Asking questions and clarifying details fosters trust and ensures everyone is aligned.
Always Do Your Best
This agreement serves as a daily reminder to give my all while also being compassionate with myself. At SYLTBAR, it translates to a relentless commitment to quality and excellence, but also to a balance that ensures we can sustain our passion and creativity.
The wisdom of The Four Agreements has helped me shape both my personal life and professional journey. It’s a philosophy that complements our brand ethos at SYLTBAR: living authentically, enjoying life’s simple pleasures, and cultivating meaningful relationships.
