Meet Rosella Papale

We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Rosella Papale. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Rosella below.

Rosella, thank you so much for taking the time to share your lessons learned with us and we’re sure your wisdom will help many. So, one question that comes up often and that we’re hoping you can shed some light on is keeping creativity alive over long stretches – how do you keep your creativity alive?
Creativity is a force of nature. It’s a muscle that thrives on every ounce of use, growing stronger and more marvelous with each flex. But let me tell you something intriguing—creativity, just like you and me, occasionally craves a breather. When that happens, I step back and rest or change tasks.

To feed my creativity, I look for inspiration anywhere to keep it alive and growing. I find inspiration in observing my environment, walking, reading a nice book, watching people create things, solving puzzles, building stuff, cooking, baking, etc. Other people’s creativity sparks ideas or can inspire you to make things. Also, remembering to have fun as a kid looking at something for the first time helps you see the world from a different perspective and makes you feel free to play.

I love to watch the creative process behind movies, books, series, remodeling, baking, etc., and understand how things are made. I always learn from all of this.

When working, I think about different ways of doing the same thing, so my process changes to obtain what I want.

We are all creatives. Creativity is expressed differently in each person. I use my creativity to design brands, solve problems, help others find/create solutions or new products/services, give back to the community, brainstorm ideas, etc.

Most importantly, I don’t establish limits on the creative process; I respect it, and I don’t rush it.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?
I believe brands are living beings, so I founded a business that puts together all the elements you need to bring your brand to life.

My entrepreneurial journey started in signs printing and graphics, and there, I found clients struggling with their brand identities, logos, and messaging. This sparked my interest and then my love for branding and marketing. As I believe these two disciplines can’t work separately, I always refer to them as brandketing; one can’t perform well without the other, which translates to the brand or business and its promotional efforts.

We strive for excellence and understand perfection doesn’t exist, but that won’t be an excuse; we’ll give you our best every time. Our Creative Bing Bang is fun, stress-free, involving the client, teamwork, creativity, communication, and lots of coffee.

We care about our customers, and they know we’re here for whatever they need, even long after finishing our job.

I love bringing brands to life, discovering their purpose, mission, vision, personality, values, message, etc., and then creating all the visual assets that will help them communicate that in a consistent way, to look and feel the same everywhere and connect with their target audience. It’s just a fulfilling and exciting process.

My formal training as a Medical Doctor specializing in Anesthesiology gives me a unique set of skills I use to provide brandketing services and strategies for medical doctors and other healthcare professionals as well as entrepreneurs and small businesses so they can grow and promote their brands/businesses successfully.

If my clients are successful, I am happy because I feel it is my own.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
Looking back, I think adaptability, learning, and tenacity are the three things that still help me on my journey.

I came from Venezuela almost nine years ago, changed careers, and have been learning a lot. So, adapting to a new country with a different language and culture without losing sight of who I am and want to be has been a fundamental part of my journey.

I love to learn, however, life lessons are learned by making mistakes, and some other things you learn by doing, observing, or taking classes. So, I have learned to learn from others, have patience, respect the processes, be compassionate with myself, and take breaks when needed; otherwise, I will burn out. My well-being is at the top of my list.

My tenacity comes from within, in taking the lessons learned, keeping going, and not changing the goals or plans but finding different ways to get there. It hasn’t been an easy road, but looking back, I know how far I’ve come, and that motivates me and gives me strength to keep moving forward.

Something else I learned, which is hard to understand, is when to stop, reevaluate, and change course. Sometimes, we are so focused on making things happen that we don’t see beyond the challenges and struggles because we want to fix everything. The universe works in mysterious ways, and it will make itself loud and clear when things are not meant to be. It’s painful, scary, and hard to accept, but after the storm, there is always calm, and you’ll see clearly the next step.

Before we go, maybe you can tell us a bit about your parents and what you feel was the most impactful thing they did for you?
My parents allowed me to pursue anything I wanted in life. They raised me with strong values and independence so I could make my own decisions since I was a kid—decisions you can make congruence with your age, but ultimately, decisions that will impact my life.

They provided me with love and guidance and a safe environment to speak my mind and be me. They taught me about work ethic, respect, responsibility, loving our family, and being true to my word.

They allowed me to enjoy my childhood, which helped me become a well-rounded adult. They gave me all the tools I needed to become who I am now. They also gave me a wonderful sister who I love deeply and taught me we’ll always be there for each other no matter what.

They opened the window to the whole world so we could gain perspective and value what they did for us and what we have.

Even when I didn’t see what they were doing for my benefit, now everything falls into place, and I couldn’t be more grateful for them and their vision.
