Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Ryan Wesley. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Hi Ryan , thank you for being such a positive, uplifting person. We’ve noticed that so many of the successful folks we’ve had the good fortune of connecting with have high levels of optimism and so we’d love to hear about your optimism and where you think it comes from.

“I’ve been fortunate to wear multiple hats in my life as a Director of Aesthetic Services, an Entertainer, a TV personality, and a Public Figure. Throughout my journey, I’ve found my optimism in a combination of experiences, relationships, and my passion for what I do.

In my role as a Director of Aesthetic Services, I get to witness the incredible transformation that self-care and confidence-building bring to people’s lives. Seeing the positive impact we can have on our patients self-esteem and overall well-being fuels my optimism. It’s a constant reminder that even small changes can make a big difference.

As an Entertainer, TV Personality, and Public Figure, I’ve had the privilege of connecting with diverse audiences from all over the world. The energy and enthusiasm that I receive from my fans and supporters truly uplift me. Knowing that I can entertain, inspire, and make a difference in people’s lives through my work gives me a deep sense of purpose and optimism.

The challenges I’ve encountered along the way have also shaped my optimism. Overcoming obstacles has taught me resilience and the power of a positive mindset. Every setback has ultimately led me to greater achievements, reinforcing my belief that there’s always a silver lining, even in the toughest situations.

Finally, the incredible people I’ve met and collaborated with have been a huge source of inspiration. Whether it’s the talented individuals in the entertainment industry, the dedicated team members in my professional role, or the friends and family who support me, their collective energy propels me forward and reminds me of the beauty in human connection and the power to inspire people.

Ultimately, my optimism is a blend of these experiences, relationships, and a genuine love for what I do. It’s a force that drives me to continue pursuing my passions, spreading positivity, and making a meaningful impact in the lives of others.”

A little about me- I got my start in the world of entertainment at a young age, drawn to the bright lights and the allure of the stage. Now as a public figure, I’ve had the privilege of using my platform to inspire and connect with people from all walks of life. Whether it’s through my music, my story of survival, or my presence on reality television, I’ve always believed in the power of storytelling to bring people together and provide hope.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

1.Passion and Persistence: In both fields, passion is a driving force. Pursue what genuinely excites you, and be prepared for challenges. Persistence is key; setbacks are learning opportunities that can ultimately lead to success.

2.Constant Learning: Both entertainment and aesthetics are ever-evolving fields. Stay curious and committed to continuous learning. Keeping up with industry trends, new technologies, and evolving audience preferences is crucial.

3.Empathy and Ethics: Whether creating entertainment content or providing aesthetic services, empathy and ethics are paramount. Understand the impact you have on others and approach your work with integrity, respect, and a genuine desire to positively influence lives.

Remember, success in entertainment and aesthetics is about more than just the final product – it’s about the impact you have on individuals, communities, and society as a whole. Strive to create meaningful, authentic experiences that resonate with people and leave a positive mark.

What was the most impactful thing your parents did for you?

My mother, a single mother, taught me something really important and impactful. She showed me that no matter what happens, I should always keep going and never give up. Even when things are tough, she never stopped trying. She’s like a superhero to me. It’s like she told me that even when life gets hard, I should just keep moving forward and not let anything or anyone stop me. And that’s something I’ll always remember and do in my life, even though she’s not here anymore. This is the most impactful thing she left we with. Keep going Ryan! You can and will do it, and here I am!
