Sai Charan, we’re so excited for our community to get to know you and learn from your journey and the wisdom you’ve acquired over time. Let’s kick things off with a discussion on self-confidence and self-esteem. How did you develop yours?
Self-awareness: Start by understanding yourself better. Reflect on your strengths, weaknesses, and areas you’d like to improve. Self-awareness is the foundation for building confidence.

Set realistic goals: Break down your larger goals into smaller, achievable steps. Achieving these smaller goals will give you a sense of accomplishment and boost your self-esteem.

Positive self-talk: Pay attention to your inner dialogue. Replace self-criticism and negative thoughts with positive affirmations. Treat yourself with the same kindness and encouragement you would offer to a friend.

Embrace failure: Understand that making mistakes is a natural part of growth. Instead of dwelling on failures, view them as opportunities to learn and improve.

Self-care: Take care of your physical and mental well-being. Get enough rest, eat well, exercise regularly, and engage in activities that make you happy and reduce stress.

Develop skills and knowledge: Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth. Gaining new skills and knowledge can boost your confidence in your abilities.

Seek support: Surround yourself with supportive and positive people who believe in you. Their encouragement can be a powerful source of confidence.

Visualization and positive affirmations: Visualize your success and use positive affirmations to reinforce your belief in yourself. Picture yourself achieving your goals and focus on the positive feelings it brings.

Overcome fear: Face your fears gradually. Stepping out of your comfort zone and confronting your fears can help you build confidence in your ability to handle challenges.

Practice self-compassion: Be kind to yourself, especially when things don’t go as planned. Treat yourself with the same compassion you would offer to others.

Hello, I’m Sai Charan Paloju, a Technology Influencer hailing from Hyderabad City in the state of Telangana, South India. I was born and raised in Hyderabad, with my parents being P. Srinivasa Chary and P. Latha Nirmala. In my family, I have a brother named P. Pratap and a sister named P. Sushmitha.

My educational journey took me to various schools and colleges. From a young age, I was deeply involved in professional sports and games. My journey began with karate, where I achieved a Bronze medal at the district level. I also participated in The Bharat Scouts and Guides, attending the National Jamboree Camp in addition to district-level camps. Later on, I joined a cricket academy to pursue professional cricket and played until 2018, accumulating over 14 years of experience in the field. I had the privilege of serving as a captain for numerous cricket teams, spanning schools, colleges, and various levels of play at both the state and national levels.

My cricket journey took me to different states in India, where I specialized as a wicket-keeper and batsman, adapting my bowling skills as needed. I am known by various names, including Sai, Charan, Smart, and Cherry. Prior to my association with Indian Cricketer Ambati Rayudu at India Cements, I captained the Visaka Industries Pvt Limited Team.

Throughout my educational journey, I actively participated in numerous tournaments, leading high school, bachelor’s, and master’s college teams, competing against diverse opponents in various locations within my state. In addition, I successfully completed Hindi language pandit exams during my schooling, earning certificates in the process.

Driven by a passion for knowledge, I made the decision to pursue a Ph.D. in computer science. To prepare for my Ph.D. entrance exam, I delved into various subjects within Computer Science & Engineering and Software Engineering. Among these subjects, Computer Networks became a personal favorite, and I enjoyed sharing my insights on this topic through my website.

Computer networks, with their role in facilitating information transfer and communication between computers and devices, fascinated me. I believed that understanding technology required a grasp of human psychology since technology ultimately seeks to reduce human effort and save time.

In 2016, I launched my own blogs, producing both technical and non-technical content on my websites. To expand my content’s reach, I converted it into Android apps, garnering over 5000 downloads for my app and attracting a substantial audience to my blogs.

When the pandemic struck, I ventured into the world of YouTube. Leveraging my content creation experience, I began a channel in English. The idea stemmed from my fascination with computer networks, but I expanded my focus to understand human networks, relationships, and communication across different countries and professions.

This led me to connect with global experts, interviewing them on my YouTube channel. The following year, I started a podcast available on all major platforms and launched new websites for tech and non-technical content. Today, I have amassed over 40,000 followers on social media platforms worldwide.

My endeavors have proven successful, and I am now fully immersed in this work. Along the way, I earned a master’s degree in software engineering and a bachelor’s degree in computer science and engineering.

Since 2020, I have continued to create content and engage with a global audience. I have had the privilege of interviewing over 626+ international professionals from more than 100 countries. My belief as a technologist is that by understanding human psychology, one can more easily comprehend technology. This philosophy continues to drive my passion and pursuits in the field.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
I am the host of my YouTube channel and podcast, a webmaster, technology writer for my blogs, as well as a software engineer and professional cricket player in my city. My expertise lies at the intersection of technology and humanity in the social world.

I possess a diverse set of skills and talents, including being a trainee AWS cloud solutions architect/engineer, content creator, and holding master’s and bachelor’s degrees in software engineering and computer science & engineering. I am also a YouTuber, podcaster, and social media manager, recognized as a Global Technology Influencer.

I am known for blazing new trails, embracing innovation, taking calculated risks, and setting a precedent in various endeavors. My brand, “Smart Cherry Thoughts,” reflects my pride in being intelligent and insightful. I offer Technology Services and am ready to interview top professionals while also being prepared to collaborate on their technology projects as a valuable contributor.

My success can be attributed to my exceptional communication skills and my ability to listen without judgment, which has accelerated my personal growth. I hold a deep respect for individuals, recognizing that each person has their unique perspective and approach to problem-solving.
