Hi Savanna, we’re so appreciative of you taking the time to share your nuggets of wisdom with our community. One of the topics we think is most important for folks looking to level up their lives is building up their self-confidence and self-esteem. Can you share how you developed your confidence?
That is a hard question honestly, I do still struggle with self image at times. I am almost 3 years into eating disorder recovery and the biggest thing I can say is mindset. Understanding that you are always going to be your own biggest critic. Doing things mantras, uplifting affirmations to yourself each day. Emphasize the things you love about yourself and it helps wonders. It really all does stem from changing your mindset. Confidence is the hottest thing you can wear.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?
I am a Model, actress and sideshow artist. I also do glamour and fx makeup. The most exciting parts of what I do has to be the interactions and meeting so many new people. I will never stop being grateful for everyone that I meet along this journey. I have been a lot more open about my journey in recovery from 2 eating disorders and have done podcasts regarding that. I am so grateful to have a platform to spread that there can be a good life apart from the dark times. I am working on some projects behind the scenes but I can’t say more until they are fully set.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
Determination, self love, flexibility for sure. The industry can be a crazy place although nice to be a part of you need to have the drive, self love and be flexible. Rejection happens, situations can come quick or change you definitely have to be able to ground yourself in the madness at times
