We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Stanley Louissaint Aroma a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Alright, so we’re so thrilled to have Stanley with us today – welcome and maybe we can jump right into it with a question about one of your qualities that we most admire. How did you develop your work ethic? Where do you think you get it from?
My work ethic is all about holding myself to a high standard at work I always strive to do my best, and identify aspects of my work that motivate me such as tasks, goals or colleagues. I spend my time wisely on tasks that align with my goals and prioritize tasks by impact. and employers value people with work ethic because they will be trustworthy and reliable employees.

My name is Stanley Louissaint Aroma Founder and CEO of Louissaint Aroma, Before we begin, I am a south Florida native, born and raised in Haiti with a heart for Fashion and fragrance. Before establishing my fashion brand in 2020, I invested $260 to start up a Luxury fashion brand named Louissaint Aroma. It started with me mixing oils in my living room to create luxury fragrances I would try to sell to family and friends. After a few successful deals, a couple of years later with a bit of persistence and dedication, I expanded into two commercial locations. and expanded my brand to include men’s and women’s luxury clothing. My signature clothing can be seen throughout South Florida, worn with pride by my clients.
If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
Surrounding yourself with positive people It’s good to have friends, but the best thing is to have friends who will always encourage you to be the best of yourself.
Just take the first step, and God will do the rest —You can do anything that you want to do, but you must take the first step. Don’t just talk about what you want to do, but act upon your ideas.
Be passionate about what you’re doing is even more important. Positivity births great ideas, and passion sells them. be patient, optimistic, and take the initiative. No one will achieve your dream for you and if you’re unsure about something, research it.
What do you do when you feel overwhelmed? Any advice or strategies?
I usaully take a little distance from the messiness. Walking away, take a few moments as i return to my space with a clearer mind and calmer nervous system. By taking the time to look at your priorities and time commitments, and by moving or removing as much as you can that is not aligned with your current agenda, you will step out of overwhelm, take care of your mental, emotional, and physical well-being, and give more energy to the tasks and projects that really matter.
