Stephanie , looking forward to learning from your journey. You’ve got an amazing story and before we dive into that, let’s start with an important building block. Where do you get your work ethic from?
My work ethic comes from watching my parents work hard through out the years, making sure my siblings and I were well taken care of. Growing up, my parents made sure we received most of things we desired. I was raised to work hard for everything you want in life. Nothing is given to you…

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?
Style Me, Stephanie, is a professional fashion styling business that specializes in personal/fashion styling & wardrobe, personal shopping, virtual styling, photo shoots, consultations, closet revamps, speaking engagements, podcast co-hosting and fashion show coordination. Style Me Stephanie has its own product brand of statement tees, pop of color hats, and handbags with customers across the country. The Style Me Stephanie signature style in every outfit is a pop of color. The Style Me Stephanie clientele includes county clerks, judges, social butterflies, and elite circles. Style Me Stephanie made the cover of Huami Magazine Arkansas -January/February 2022 issue and has been featured in several magazines since making the cover. Style Me Stephanie is a Brand Ambassador/Style Influencer for SBDNC Apparel in Atlanta, Georgia, and a Style Influencer for Amazon Fashion.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
My qualities would be consistency, creativity, and time management.

1. Consistency shows that you’re dedicated to brand or business. Consistency is difficult because there’s so many distractions. People are simple not focused or disciplined to stick with things for the long haul. If you want to be successful, you have to acknowledge that somethings take time. You won’t always get immediate results.

2. Creativity is a good skill to have in developing new ideas for your brand or business. I find being creative difficult at times. You have to stay open- minded, keep up with the latest trends,  step up your social media presence , and engage with your followers. All of that can be a LOT! However, its achievable if you stay consistent.

3. Time Management – the benefits of managing time are simple. Good time management allows you to achieve your goals in a short period of time, helps you to focus better, allows you to be productive, and lower  your stress. Managing your time will allow you to meet deadlines, improve productivity, and deliver better results.

Who is your ideal client or what sort of characteristics would make someone an ideal client for you?
My ideal client is a client that takes direction, listen to suggestions, and allow me to do the job.  The characteristics I would look for in an ideal client would be as follows: honesty, cooperation, comfort with the uncomfortable, patient, trust, responsiveness and a sense of humor.
