Susanna, so excited to have you with us today. So much we can chat about, but one of the questions we are most interested in is how you have managed to keep your creativity alive.
As a business owner, i foster creativity by encouraging a dynamic work environment at Chita Beauty. By promoting open communication and regularly seeking fresh perspectives from my team, i am always inspired to do more for the brand. Embracing innovation, staying curious about industry trends, and continuously learning also play vital roles in keeping creativity alive within the business .

My name is Suzi Abadjian, im the Founder and Creative Force behind Chita Beauty. With over 15 years of experience as a master stylist , my quest for the ideal hair products to complement my artistic vision led to the birth of Chita Beauty. This brand reflects my dedication to sharing passion in beauty and expertise with all of our customers . Every product is carefully crafted to empower you to achieve salon-quality hair in the convenience of your home.

Founded in 2015, Chita Beauty is a women-owned haircare line crafted in the USA. Committed to sustainability, our products feature eco-friendly packaging and are meticulously formulated to cater to diverse hair types and textures. Recognizing the importance of meeting various haircare needs, we offer vegan and gluten-free formula options, ensuring professional care for all.

For the past 8 years, I have expanded our product range, incorporating daily haircare and treatment items enriched with botanical and herbal ingredients. Encouraged by positive feedback in customer testimonials,I remain driven to create high-quality cleansing, treatment, and styling products, ensuring a consistently fashionable salon look with each use.

So excited to say we’re in the process of broadening the reach of our hair care brand, making it accessible to a wider audience while also offering exclusive availability in various salons and retail stores across the nation.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
Reflecting on my business journey, three pivotal elements have significantly impacted our success. First, a deep understanding of diverse hair types and textures has allowed us to create products tailored to meet unique needs. Second, fostering strong relationships with suppliers and maintaining quality ingredients has been crucial for product excellence. Lastly, staying attuned to market trends and leveraging effective marketing strategies has played a vital role in expanding our brand’s presence and connecting with our audience.

My advice for those early in their business journey and career is to stay resilient and embrace learning opportunities. Be open to adapting your strategies based on feedback and market dynamics. Cultivate a strong network, as collaborative relationships can be instrumental. Lastly, don’t underestimate the power of passion – let it drive your dedication and fuel your perseverance through challenges.

Looking back over the past 12 months or so, what do you think has been your biggest area of improvement or growth?
Over the past 12 months, our hair care brand has experienced significant growth in expanding our digital presence. Embracing innovative online strategies, enhancing our e-commerce platform, and engaging with our community through various social media platforms have been key areas of improvement. This shift has not only broadened our reach but also strengthened our connection with customers in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
