Tarvia, so good to have you with us today. We’ve always been impressed with folks who have a very clear sense of purpose and so maybe we can jump right in and talk about how you found your purpose?
This is a great question ! I found out that I was going to be Tarvia Bills The Cleaning Lady when I cleaned my very first house and got paid !! It was amazing to see how pleased the client was and how proud I felt by making him happy ! Yes I will never forget Mr.James he died this year and he still was my favorite client and my very first one.
Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?
Tarvia Bills your Favorite Cleaning!!! Gosh I can’t believe that I have been in business for 7 Years and it has been one heck of a ride. When I say ride I mean it from the high and lows of this business . I have met and talked , worked, and cried with my clients. In case you did not know I clean toilets for a living!!! The most exciting thing about my job is making things look and smell good. It brings me such great joy to stand back at what my team and I have made nice. And the look on the clients face. And from doing cleaning hacks and tips on TikTok have now made me a social media influencer!
There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
Hard work, Vision, Support If you have a mind set to do something do it! Make sure that you are doing it with love and it’s in your heart and you are passionate about it ! I mean you would still do it if you were not getting paid just the joy of it!! That is how I knew I was doing what I’m suppose to be doing . I love cleaning!!
