Meet TeAndra Nikele

We recently connected with TeAndra Nikele and have shared our conversation below.

TeAndra, we’re so excited for our community to get to know you and learn from your journey and the wisdom you’ve acquired over time. Let’s kick things off with a discussion on self-confidence and self-esteem. How did you develop yours?

Whew! So, when it comes to building confidence and self-esteem, it’s been quite the ride for me. I’ve been navigating the struggle of perfectionism, fearing judgment, and finding my genuine self for as long as I can remember. Growing up, I faced some serious hurdles, but those challenges helped shape who I am today.

You see, being raised by my grandparents in the midst of family struggles taught me resilience from an early age. I took on the role of a guiding light for my siblings, which forced me to be strong and confident, even when I didn’t feel like it. Plus, my grandma was all about image, which definitely had me feeling the pressure to measure up.

But here’s the thing. Through it all, I’ve learned that confidence isn’t about pretending to be someone you’re not or meeting some impossible standard. It’s about embracing your authentic self, flaws and all. It’s about recognizing your worth and owning your story, no matter where you come from or what you’ve been through.

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?

I am a native of Atlanta, Georgia and currently live there (which you don’t hear often) but growing up I also spent time in South Georgia. I often felt alone growing up so I believe that’s where my passion for mentoring and guiding others came from. Recently I set out on a mission to create a safe space for women to embrace their authentic selves, break free from the chains of self-doubt, and build their confidence. Through my brand, I offer a whole range of resources like journals, affirmation cards, coloring books, and more, all designed to help with anxiety and self-discovery.

But what really sets my brand apart is that I am not just selling products—I’m empowering women to change their lifestyles, to shift their mindsets, it really is a whole vibe, if you will. I want every woman who crosses paths with my brand to feel inspired, uplifted, and ready to take on the world. There’s nothing more fulfilling than seeing the impact my work has on others. The amount of love and encouragement I receive from my family, friends, and strangers on the internet is wild! It’s a constant reminder that I am not alone and there are women out there that need to hear my story and need to know that they are not alone either.

So, to all the lovely readers out there, I want you to know that my brand is all about positivity and as I always like to say “Peace over Judgment”. For the women that are ready to start the journey into self-discovery, ready to kick anxiety to the curb, and ready to celebrate your uniqueness, then join me on this adventure because life’s a journey, and we can face it together. #GirlLetsFaceIt

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

First up, resilience, honey! Let me tell you, life threw some curveballs my way, and I had to learn quickly how to bounce back. I won’t sugar coat it to sound easy and to be honest, I used to hate the words “being strong” or “you’re so resilient”. But then I started to accept it because I am strong and resilient – even when I don’t want to be or feel like I can’t be. It’s built into my DNA. So, my advice to you? Welcome those setbacks. Use them as opportunities to grow and learn, and most importantly remember that what has happened in your past is a part of who you are but doesn’t define you.

Next on the list, authenticity. Being unapologetically you is one thing that has been the most impactful in my journey. I had to learn not to waste my energy trying to fit into someone else’s mold or chasing after society’s idea of perfection. So my advice is to own your quirks and embody your flaws. And when need a little reminder, just look in the mirror and tell yourself, “I am enough, just as I am.”

Last but certainly not least – we’ve got self-love. Learning to love and accept myself was the ultimate superpower. Treat yourself like the bold, beautiful woman you are. Practice self-care, set boundaries, and speak to yourself with kindness and compassion.

So, remember this: resilience, authenticity, and self-love are your powerful weapons. Embrace them, nurture them, and watch how your confidence grows and how you become happier along the way. You’ve got this, boo!

How can folks who want to work with you connect?

I’m all about surrounding myself with fabulous, like-minded women who share my passion for empowerment, positivity, and self-love. So, when it comes to collaborations, I’m particularly looking to partner with:

  1. Empowerment Coaches and Mentors: I’m talking about boss babes who are dedicated to helping others unleash their inner power, break free from self-doubt, and live their best lives. Together, we can create workshops, events, and programs that empower women to step into their greatness and own their worth.

  1. Wellness Influencers and Yoga Gurus: I’m all about promoting holistic wellness! So, teaming up with wellness influencers and yoga gurus who can share self-care tips is right up my alley. Whether it’s collaborating on social media campaigns or hosting wellness retreats, together, we can inspire women to prioritize their mental, emotional, and physical well-being.

  1. Creatives and Artists: I’m always on the lookout for talented creatives and artists who can bring my vision to life through beautiful designs, illustrations, and graphics. Especially with designing my affirmation cards, coloring book pages, or crafting inspiring visuals for social media.

So, if you’re passionate about uplifting others and spreading positivity then please contact me. I believe as we continue to support one another we can make sure that every woman feels confident, supported, and most importantly, LOVED.
