We recently connected with TREYCO and have shared our conversation below.
TREYCO, thank you so much for joining us. You are such a positive person and it’s something we really admire and so we wanted to start by asking you where you think your optimism comes from?
Not letting negativity affect me, always thinking of a positive outcome. Always thinking of success, always hoping that it will turn out the best, and whatever it is you’re doing, keeping a positive mindset and thinking positive will attract positive. Even if it’s negative, you have to get through that to reach the positive. It’s all in the mind, that’s what makes us a person can be in the most negative situations but still be happy and that starts on the inside of that person I learned that life is about how you handle things that come at you and how you react to it, you have rich people that’s depressed because they don’t have what a poor person have that poor person could have a family and people that truly love him around and happy but not as wealthy as the rich person but still happy, it also can be the other way around everything exist as one good and bad positive and negative, dark and light, good and evil you just have to choose I believe we all bounce back and forward through our lives but it takes self awareness and control to keep yourself balanced
Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you.
My name is Treyco. I’m a music artist, songwriter, music producer. I trade cryptocurrency and stocks. I’m an entrepreneur, I breed dogs, I’m a brand ambassador, I’m a social media influencer, I’m a storyteller. I’m a the Director of my short story skits with the help of close ones around me, I’m a visionary. I also promote and do marketing with a local gym in the area. I’m partnered with a shoe company. I’m an ambassador for a dog food company. I have six albums out that I wrote myself, every song mixed and mastered by myself. I have about seven music videos out. I’ve been in over 10 films and movies, I’ve done voiceovers. I have an IMDb with all my film credits you can look into. I’ve been on lifetime TV twice, which was very big. I’ve been on Dallas morning news twice for going viral on social media. I have videos that do over millions of views. I’ve done over 100 million views in total across all social media platforms combined. I’ve been learning marketing and social media marketing since MySpace, because that’s when I started promoting my music. A friend introduced me to social media, and from there, I always looked at it as a way to get myself out there to reach new people. I have car brand deals, car products. I get brand deals sent to my email every day. I sell my own clothing. I wear my own clothing sometimes. I don’t like wearing other people’s clothing because it’s not my brand. I like to promote myself. I feel better in my own clothes. I also have a movie premiere coming soon. I’ve red carpet movie premiere events. I’ve been on radio stations. I had music on radio stations. I go around in the community during the holidays. We dress up as the Grinch, me and my mom and sister. We go to local elementary schools, the local Walmarts, and interact with the children and parents. We take pictures with them. I need a Vlog camera on me 24/7 just so you can see how my neighborhood and the kids interact with me when they see me out and how many people notice me. But most of the time, I’m alone doing my own thing. When it’s time to work, it’s time to work, and I’ll get my people together, those that want to be a support to the path that I’m on. I’m currently working on another album. It will be released soon. I have more films that I’m currently working on. They will soon be on streaming platforms for you to watch. I’m currently in the works of working on my own film and writing out the script. I just want to be in bigger films and improve my skills in every way, from acting to music to songwriting to audio engineering to producing to video editing, directing, and doing skits to learning more about the dog breeding game all the way to my clothing line, the stitching, the fabric, and more. I want my own music and clothing store where people can come in, buy clothing, buy music stuff, hip-hop equipment. I want to have new age music in there and also old-school music in there. I want to blend the field of both worlds. I want it to feel like you’re in the beginning era of hip-hop and also in the modern area of the store, kind of like a timeline. It would show how music, film, songwriting, storytelling all come together and are also one of the same. But overall, I want to leave a positive mark on the world. I wish I could be immortal. That’s my number one wish. If I died, I want my body frozen so I could be brought back to life in the future. I believe we should be working towards a resource-based economy. I’m a big supporter of the Venus project. I also believe we all as humanity should be working towards becoming a type one civilization because currently, we are not even a type one civilization, and that said, we are behind in evolution. We may not get to see it in this lifetime because people don’t want to focus on evolving until it’s too late. We need to find the cures to cancer, and if there are some out there, they need to release it and stop worrying about money because we all have to go one day. You can’t spend all the money in your lifetime; it stays here when you go. So what you do and how you create and what you leave behind is the most important thing. What you do for the world, are you going to uplift or destroy? Are you going to be positive or negative? Are you going to lead us to evolve or set us back? The choice is yours.
There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
Mindset determination, staying motivated, staying inspired, and keep working to make sure whatever you do is for the good of humanity and it’s going to push us forward.
