Finding my purpose has been an incredible journey—a rollercoaster ride with twists and turns, interwoven with joy and divine timing.

As a young girl, I always knew I was destined to help people, but I had no idea what that would look like back then. But then, before my mother passed away, she shared the most impactful lesson that would forever guide me—listening to my “third eye” and trusting my intuition above all else.

In college, psychology called to me like a moth to a flame, but life had other plans, nudging me toward marketing and advertising. Yet, deep inside, I knew my life was meant for more. The desire for big change led me on a journey of wellness—diving headfirst into exercise, nutrition, and obtaining certifications in group fitness and personal training. Little did I know that this external exploration would set the stage for a profound inner transformation—a journey that would profoundly impact how I saw my clients and their needs.

It became clear that my purpose was to help women deeply—to empower them to rise up to their full potential. Across my clients, friends, and even myself, I noticed a common theme—how disconnected women were from their intuition. While learning from others is valuable, relying solely on external voices can lead us astray. To truly live freely, authentically, and powerfully, we must quiet the noise, align with the divine, gain clarity, and be confidently true to our identity. External forces should never drive our lives or distort our essence.

Becoming a certified life and mindset coach was a natural evolution for me. Blending feminine and masculine approaches to life and business became my signature style, complemented by my marketing background. Now, I derive immense joy from helping heart-centered entrepreneurs build businesses centered around their purpose. Together, we create a beautiful vehicle (their business) that radiates a positive ripple effect in their corner of the world.

So, my purpose statement is simple and powerful: I help others lead with their inner compass.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?

All I wanted was to create an online business that helped others while providing me with the freedom to support my family and live life on my terms—earning $100K, heck, multiple 6-figures.

Enter in, past Vanessa.

I grappled with money blocks, worthiness issues, overwhelming multi-passions, and the weight of past traumas and anxiety. Constantly comparing myself to others, I sought external validation in every possible way.

Our experiences, especially during our formative years, profoundly shape our beliefs, stories, and capacity to pursue our goals and desires. Through my journey, I’ve learned that creation and manifestation are about “being” as much as “doing.” It’s about harmonizing our feminine and masculine energies, unlocking true potential, and finding the path to success and fulfillment.

A significant part of my limiting beliefs and behaviors can be traced back to life events that left lasting imprints—losing my mother at 7, grappling with OCD anxiety, carrying deep wounds of abandonment from family, and enduring two other highly traumatic situations.

It was a challenging journey, but one that ultimately led me to a place of profound transformation and self-discovery. I had to unravel and shed layers to find my way back home to my authentic self. Throughout this transformation, I navigated the path mostly through self-coaching, relentless learning, and fearless exploration. While I didn’t have much earthly guidance, I strongly believe that divine intervention played a significant role in providing the support and direction I needed.

Looking back, I wish I had the coaching and mentorship I needed earlier on to accelerate my path to healing and growth. These experiences fueled my commitment to helping others overcome their challenges and reclaim their power.

This is why I am deeply committed to guiding women on their journey back to their true essence, finding a harmonious balance within themselves to soar in both business and life. In order for our strategies and goals to manifest, we must work from within. That’s why mindset is always at the foundation of my work—quieting external influences and tapping into intuition. I’ve honed tools and techniques to navigate inner landscapes, overcome obstacles, and embrace empowered selves.

Part of my mission is to guide heart-centered women to rise to their highest selves and embark on a beautiful, transformative journey to fulfill their soul’s calling. It’s about creating a business that aligns with their deepest desires and brings them happiness, abundance, and a sense of freedom.
