 Vanessa , looking forward to learning from your journey. You’ve got an amazing story and before we dive into that, let’s start with an important building block. Where do you get your work ethic from?
Undoubtedly, from my mother. My mother works in the healthcare industry where long shifts are the norm and you’re expected to work nights, weekends, holidays or whatever is asked of you. She worked so incredibly hard to give my sister and I every opportunity in life and her work ethic couldn’t help be transferred over to my sister and I. I’m so grateful for the impact that she has had on both our lives.

Finer Events & Co. is a full-service event planning and  company located in Temecula, California that proudly serves all of Southern California and beyond.

Our team has experience in all types of weddings, social soirées and corporate events. We take immense pride in ensuring that each and every event is perfectly executed and exceeds your expectations.

We recently just rebranded from Finerr Weddings and Events to Finer Events & Co. As our company and services offerings grew we wanted to make sure that our company reflected the changes. Now we are incredibly excited to be offering event decor rental, mobile bartending services and event staffing to all our clients.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
The 3 most impactful qualities that have impacted my journey are: persistence, resilience and positivity. With being an entrepreneur, there are so many challenging circumstances that arise and having the persistence to keep going through those difficult times, bouncing back after failures and keeping positive in trying situations will set you apart from your competition.

For those that are just starting out on your entrepreneurial journey, one of the best things that you can do is to get crystal clear on your – “WHY.” Having a strong “WHY,” keeps you motivated and provides clarity as you start navigating the business world. My “WHY” is what helps me stay persistent, resilient and positive in almost every situation life throws at me.
