Meet Vito Glazers

We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Vito Glazers a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Vito, we’re so appreciative of you taking the time to share your nuggets of wisdom with our community. One of the topics we think is most important for folks looking to level up their lives is building up their self-confidence and self-esteem. Can you share how you developed your confidence?
Confidence comes from experience. And self-esteem, in part, comes from developing confidence.

Usually when you are afraid of something, it is because you are unsure of the outcome. But once you have done something enough times to be able to predict how things will turn out, you will have confidence in taking that action.

If you have experience in something, and you consistently do it well, you will develop confidence in your ability. Being confident in your ability to create and direct an outcome at your will, will give you a high self-esteem.

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?
My primary profession is being a full time media influencer and content creator. Many influencers focus only on social media, but I prefer to create for all platforms. Television and Film production will always be my favorite platform, because it has the highest barrier of entry.

Creating content for social media is great too because it can reach the biggest audience with the least amount of effort and budget.

Many forms of media get overlooked, for example I am finishing my first book Follow The Money which will be in print, E-book and Audiobook. Even if physical book sales continue dropping lower, there is still an audience of people who like to read, and a booming audience of people who like to listen to audio books. Plus being a published author of a book will always be a huge booster of credibility to anybody who can get their book to the finish line.

My company Glazers Media in West Hollywood, California, is helping influencers and brands follow our step by step formula to succeeding through story telling.

Step 1 is to follow the Money (hence the title of my book). Find an audience, see what platform they are on, how they like to be communicated with, and what they spend their money on, and reverse engineer your role in delivering them what they want.

Step 2 is to create your Story, and your claim to fame.

Step 3 is to Amplify that through press, celebrity and influencer collaborations, podcasts, television, stages and anywhere you can share a story.

Step 4 is to Optimize. Analyze where you are investing your resources and stop wasting time on things that are not generating results, and invest more resources into the things that are getting you closer to where you want to be.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
All success in life comes from being able to master three skills. Whether you are a business or a full time creative, you need to know how to Market, how to Sell, and how to Fulfill. Mastering these three things allowed me to have success in anything I set my mind to.

Marketing – you have to get people looking at you or your product. Flyers, Social Media Ads, Television Ads, whatever it is, you need people looking at you.

Sales – once people are looking at you, you need to be able to convince people to give you their money for something. The difference between a starving artist and a thriving artist, is a successful artist knows how to get someone to give them enough money for their art to live a good life.

Fulfillment – once you have people looking at you, and you know how to get them to give you their money, you have to give them something in return. Whatever you give them should exceed the value of the money they gave you.

If you can get people’s attention, turn that attention into revenue for yourself, and in exchange give the person who gave you money more value than they gave you, you will be limitless in anything you apply this to.

How can folks who want to work with you connect?
I am looking for people who want to learn how to start and operate their own niche public relations companies. I can be an expert and influencer in media, but I can’t be an expert in every single niche of media or public relations.

Someone with a background in real estate who can also operate a public relations company targeted to realtors, will have more success selling public relations and media services to people in real estate.

Just like somebody who has a background in the music business will have more success selling public relations and media services to musicians than someone like myself with a broader knowledge of the industry.

I would like to help build up operators in every niche of business and even by location to own and operate their own media and public relations services similar to the company I have built with Glazers Media.

Anybody who is seeking an opportunity to make seven figures a year combining their passion for an industry with being able to help people in that industry connect to the media, I would love to collaborate and even mentor the right people into becoming successful operators in the industry.
