Meet Viviana Estrada

Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Viviana Estrada. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Hi Viviana, thank you for being such a positive, uplifting person. We’ve noticed that so many of the successful folks we’ve had the good fortune of connecting with have high levels of optimism and so we’d love to hear about your optimism and where you think it comes from.
My optimism comes from realizing that there are always “two sides of a coin”, or better off, there is always “yin and yang”, so I always have a choice.

It is my choice to focus on the positive side, and I always choose to do that. By doing so, I enhance it and I increase my chances of getting a positive outcome.

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?
Years ago, I used to work for corporate America, and one day I had the opportunity to transfer to Asia where I decided to study classical feng shui in my free time. I got so fascinated with it, that I decided to go deeper into its roots and ended up studying various fields of Chinese Metaphysics.

My studies made me realize that all humanity, including myself, was empowered, and had access to live a happier, healthier, and more fulfilled life.

When I came back to America I developed a life coaching business that offers services and training classes around the techniques that I learned in Asia, which I practice myself.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
I have found great benefits in believing that everything is possible and that I’m capable of many things. That has given me courage and has always inspired me to advance in life and in business.

I have also found great benefit in adaptability, being adaptable and able to navigate challenges and changes in life and in business is key because in the end, the only constant in life is change.

Lastly, I have found great benefit in believing in people, seeing the positive side in people, and surrounding myself with great people.

I have been able to master the skills above through the practice of Spring Forest Qigong. Qigong is a mind-body practice originated as a branch of traditional Chinese medicine. I strongly recommend that folks who are early in their journey engage into a mind-body practice, since that will help them maximize their results.

Before we go, any advice you can share with people who are feeling overwhelmed?
To manage stress, control emotions, be healthier and live a fulfilled life I strongly recommend practicing Qigong.

There are thousands of Qigong systems in the world, I practice and teach Spring Forest Qigong, which is amazingly simple, yet very powerful. It can be practiced anywhere and at any age regardless of physical limitations.

To stay calm and balanced, everybody should engage in mind-body practices on a regular basis. My number one mind-body practice is Spring Forest Qigong. People can start following the principles of Qigong with my free guides in English bit.ly/3MhcPED and Spanish bit.ly/42pZcsl
