Meet Wreck Wregular

We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Wreck Wregular . We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Wreck below.

Wreck , so great to be with you and I think a lot of folks are going to benefit from hearing your story and lessons and wisdom. Imposter Syndrome is something that we know how words to describe, but it’s something that has held people back forever and so we’re really interested to hear about your story and how you overcame imposter syndrome.
Getting rid of bad habits that don’t contribute to your success. Creating distance with those who don’t reciprocate energy. Keeping an eye on your mental diet. Making sure you upholding the contract you’ve made with yourself to accomplish your goals. Tracking your process. And last but not least, knowing what to in your times of anxiety.

Those are the things I did to get out of imposter syndrome.

It was a time that I got lost in my losses. Being in the music business minor things can trigger major failures that you’ve may have had in the past, and in this particular time It brought me back to a moment when I was at the bottom of my dreams and no one believed in me. That’s what we like to believe, because believing everything is against you is less of a responsibility than people believing in you, so most people (myself included) finds more comfort in that space.

These are the things i would put into effect
immediately to get out of that imposter syndrome rut !

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?
I am a producer / artist and I’ve been at it for 20 years. I’ve been met with a slue of opportunities to work with artist, record labels, as well as national and international syndication.

The best part about what i do at this point is to be able to watch the industry from a far while I plan and execute new ways to make a first impression.

I’m currently in the works of my first hip hop/ edm project “ the harder than usual EP “ with my producer and edm Dj sterfry.
I also have a number of amazing singles I’ll be releasing throughout every quarter of this year followed by the release of one of my first solo ep’s for the year.

Recently I’ve been working as a company rep for the world renowned tobacco company Grabba leaf, that has gifted me the access to be around C, and B list celebrities where I’ll begin making placements with different popular artist.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
My best quality had to be my determination and drive to not stop no matter the circumstance or how unsuccessful the process made me feel.

Secondly, it would have to be detail. Paying attention to detail will avoid having to pay the debt of duplication.

And last but not least, honesty. Keeping it honest with myself and others.
The best way to improve on this is putting yourself around like minded people that will hold you accountable to your better self.

As we end our chat, is there a book you can leave people with that’s been meaningful to you and your development?
“ The subtle art of not giving a f*ck “

The nugget is in the title, but not in the obvious way when reading it.

To not give a f*ck is to know what to exactly give a f*ck about.
