Nijayah (Empathdivine) Jones of USA on Life, Lessons & Legacy

We’re looking forward to introducing you to Nijayah (Empathdivine) Jones. Check out our conversation below.

Nijayah (Empathdivine), really appreciate you sharing your stories and insights with us. The world would have so much more understanding and empathy if we all were a bit more open about our stories and how they have helped shaped our journey and worldview. Let’s jump in with a fun one: What do the first 90 minutes of your day look like?
The first 90 minutes of my day will consist of me praying & grounding myself spiritually before anything else .From there I get prepared for my day and also making sure my son is ready for school being so he is 13 I try to have conversations with him to make sure he start his day positive the same goes for my adult daughter . But it pretty much a routine of making breakfast , showering , cleaning and also staying focus on my goals for the day .Those early moments are about creating a peaceful rhythm, caring for my family, and staying aligned with my goals.”

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
My name is Nijayah, though many know me as Empath Divine. I am a new published author, content spiritual and mental creator , and intuitive guide whose work centers on helping people move from fear into freedom and also about loving themselves and knowing their worth .My brand is rooted in empowerment and legacy-building — I write books, create tools, and share spiritual practices (such as Divination )that remind people they are the blueprint of their own lives.
What makes my journey unique is that I don’t just speak about overcoming fear, I’m living it . My eBook I’m Divorcing Fear and my paperbacks are part of a growing catalog that documents my transformation and offers readers practical rituals, affirmations, and reflections to rewrite their own stories. Beyond writing, I’m expanding into coaching, consulting, and creative projects like a workbook and an oracle card deck, all designed to give people daily tools for fearless living.
I would consider my brand to be authentic with story telling , real life struggles , but also showing that resilience in between .My mission is to leave behind a legacy of words, wisdom, and proof that fear doesn’t get the final say.”

Great, so let’s dive into your journey a bit more. What did you believe about yourself as a child that you no longer believe?
As a child I believed the impossible was true I also didn’t love myself as much and was afraid to use my voice due to the traumas and feeling of unwanted I dealt with in my childhood . I often felt different and that was always labeled as weird .
But as I enter into adulthood and yes being honest it took me a long time to realize my worth with deep healing I learned to stop saying sorry for who I’m . I learned to put me first and that following my dreams is not a bad thing I also learned don’t settle for less cause when you do you will receive it . I’m learning each & everyday that I matter at the end of the day .

If you could say one kind thing to your younger self, what would it be?
I would tell her YOU MATTER and that it’s not your fault . Be gentle and kind to yourself and don’t allow people to walk over you . You are the light never feel you have to dim it to please others . Put yourself first , take risks take leaps.

Alright, so if you are open to it, let’s explore some philosophical questions that touch on your values and worldview. What are the biggest lies your industry tells itself?
One of the biggest lies I see in the spiritual industry is fake positivity and bypassing. Too often people are told to ‘get over it’ or ‘don’t cry,’ and I believe that’s flat-out wrong. Suppressing emotions doesn’t make them disappear — it creates deeper problems mentally, physically, emotionally, and even spiritually.

It’s okay not to be okay. It’s okay not to have everything figured out by a certain age, or to stumble before you get it right. Healing and growth don’t happen overnight or on the first try. Real spirituality honors the full human experience the tears, the struggles, and the resilience that comes from facing them honestly.”

Thank you so much for all of your openness so far. Maybe we can close with a future oriented question. If you knew you had 10 years left, what would you stop doing immediately?
Stop stressing and worrying over the little things . I would stop letting fear get the best of me and step forward just do it !.
