Whenever I feel like my creativity is not flowing as I wish, there are three methods that I like to use to get myself back on track. First, I change my environment. Creativity thrives when we nurture it. And to nurture it, I keep myself inspired, I challenge my comfort zone and I have a lot of fun with photography. I keep my creativity alive by keeping up with my self-care. My self-care comes in the form of promoting a lasting healthy & happy mental and physical lifestyle. I love this question because I actually started doing things to keep my creativity alive, recently. I do different activities every day but something that I do regularly is writing. Last year, I started writing a few pages of my notebook every morning. I write about anything and everything: what happened the day before, how i’m feeling, what’s making me feel stressed or happy.
