Rachel Plymire shared their story and experiences with us recently and you can find our conversation below.
Rachel, it’s always a pleasure to learn from you and your journey. Let’s start with a bit of a warmup: What makes you lose track of time—and find yourself again?
Spending time in nature… walking, hiking, being outside. I always lost track of time and end up being out longer than planned. I love to observe the animals and insects, look at the sky, see the clouds, smell the air and just be immersed in it.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I am a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and the founder of Wealth of Health. I help women heal from the inside out by focusing on gut health, hormone balance, and whole-body wellness. Using food as medicine along with targeted supplementation are two of my main tools. There is no band aide fixes here- we will get to the root cause of the issues.
When working with me 1:1, you get 24/7 access to me via text, weekly calls + emails, a completely personalized plan to meet your goals, supplement discounts, access to low cost labs, Dutch testing, food sensitivity testing, toxicity testing, and more.
After seeing so many women struggle with fatigue, bloating, mood swings, and frustration around food, I created approachable programs like my Vital Reset 21-Day Cleanse to help people reset their bodies in a gentle, sustainable way.
I combine my background in nutrition with a passion for practical, real-life strategies-making it simple for busy women to feel energized, balanced, and confident in their health.
When I’m not coaching clients, I can usually be found exploring new recipes, traveling, or enjoying time outdoors hiking, biking, or on a body of water with her family & friends.
Amazing, so let’s take a moment to go back in time. What did you believe about yourself as a child that you no longer believe?
As I child I was always told I was shy and bossy and believed it. Now, I actually see the bossy piece as being a leader and the shy piece as being quiet- I am a listener and not that outspoken.
Was there ever a time you almost gave up?
No, I am not one to give up- I would rather try and fail than not try at all. We all learn from our failures or mistakes and can really pivot and do it better the next time.
I think our readers would appreciate hearing more about your values and what you think matters in life and career, etc. So our next question is along those lines. What would your closest friends say really matters to you?
Food quality! My friends know that I am big on organic, regenerative farm, locally sourced, pastured animals, and more.
Thank you so much for all of your openness so far. Maybe we can close with a future oriented question. Are you doing what you were born to do—or what you were told to do?
I am doing exactly what I am called to do- improve peoples quality and quantity of life. I love to help others feel their best!
