We recently had the chance to connect with Rane Rose and have shared our conversation below.
Good morning Rane, we’re so happy to have you here with us and we’d love to explore your story and how you think about life and legacy and so much more. So let’s start with a question we often ask: Who are you learning from right now?
Right now, I’m learning from a blend of people, technologies, and experiences that push me to grow in different ways. Professionally, I’m learning a lot from founders and leaders who are building lean, resilient, people-first companies. I study how they make decisions, adapt to uncertainty, and communicate with clarity — qualities I’m constantly strengthening in myself.
I’m also learning from the rapid evolution of machine learning and large language models. The way these tools reshape problem-solving, creativity, and operational efficiency fascinates me. Understanding how to integrate AI responsibly and effectively has become a big part of my learning curve, especially as I think about the future of leadership and business.
On a personal level, I learn from my team, mentors, and even our clients. Every interaction teaches me something about patience, communication, and leading with intention.
And honestly, I’m learning from my own journey — recognizing patterns, refining my habits, and staying open to feedback. For me, growth doesn’t come from a single source; it comes from staying curious, staying teachable, and being willing to evolve.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I’m Rane Rose, co-founder of ResolutionX, where we help businesses scale using a strategic combination of AI-powered technology and human support. Our model centers on two core solutions: ReX, our AI automation platform that streamlines operations, and our human support division, which provides virtual assistants and contact center teams for communication, client relationships, and high-touch, complex tasks.
What sets ResolutionX apart is our belief that the future of business isn’t automation or people — it’s the strategic combination of both. ReX handles the repetitive, process-heavy work with precision, while our human teams bring judgment, empathy, and adaptability to the areas that truly require it.
As CEO, my role has evolved from building the foundation to focusing on scale — refining our systems, strengthening our leadership structure, and driving the vision for how human teams can work at their highest impact. Right now, I’m focused on working closely with our COO to make operations smarter by enhancing how our human teams leverage technology and AI. We’re honing skills, refining processes, and creating systems that allow our people to work more efficiently, deliver higher impact, and help businesses grow faster, smarter, and more sustainably.
Our mission is simple: make world-class systems and support accessible to every business, not just those with enterprise budgets.
Amazing, so let’s take a moment to go back in time. Who were you before the world told you who you had to be?
Before the world told me who I had to be, I was curious, fearless, and unapologetically ambitious — even if I didn’t yet know the path I would take. I asked questions, explored new ideas, and followed my instincts without worrying about fitting into a mold.
I loved building things, experimenting, and learning through trial and error. I wasn’t concerned with titles, expectations, or approval; I just wanted to create, grow, and understand the world on my own terms.
That version of me laid the foundation for who I am today: someone who values independence, creativity, and intentionality. The lessons I learned before the world’s pressures shaped my approach to business, leadership, and life — reminding me to always stay curious and stay true to myself.
When did you last change your mind about something important?
The last time I truly changed my mind about something important was around letting go of control in my business. For years, I believed that to succeed, I had to be involved in every decision and every operation. I thought that delegation meant losing quality or slowing growth.
But I realized that holding on too tightly was actually holding me back — and it was limiting my team’s potential as well. I changed my mindset to see that empowering others and trusting systems isn’t a risk; it’s the fastest path to scale and sustainability.
This shift has been transformative. Not only has it allowed my business to grow faster, but it’s also given me more clarity, focus, and space to innovate. Changing my mind taught me that adaptability isn’t a weakness — it’s one of the strongest forms of leadership.
I think our readers would appreciate hearing more about your values and what you think matters in life and career, etc. So our next question is along those lines. How do you differentiate between fads and real foundational shifts?
I differentiate between fads and foundational shifts by looking at longevity, impact, and adaptability. Fads often promise quick results, rely on hype, and fade once the novelty wears off. Foundational shifts, on the other hand, solve real problems, create lasting change, and can adapt to evolving circumstances.
In business, I watch how a trend affects systems, people, and processes over time. If it consistently drives meaningful results and can integrate into long-term strategies, it’s likely a foundational shift. If it’s flashy but doesn’t hold up under scrutiny, it’s probably a fad.
Ultimately, it comes down to asking: Will this change how we work, think, or operate for the long term — or is it just a temporary spark? That question keeps me focused on innovation that actually matters.
Okay, so let’s keep going with one more question that means a lot to us: If immortality were real, what would you build?
If immortality were real, I would build systems and communities that empower people to reach their highest potential. I’d focus on creating frameworks that combine knowledge, technology, and human support — tools that help businesses, individuals, and communities grow sustainably, creatively, and impactfully over time.
A key part of this vision would be RANEgels, along with the brands that support it: https://ranegels.org/thebrandsbehindranegels. Through these initiatives, I’d invest in mentorship networks, learning ecosystems, and community programs where wisdom, experience, and innovation could be shared endlessly, ensuring that progress isn’t limited by time or resources.
The goal wouldn’t just be to last forever, but to leave structures in place that make lives better for generations to come. In essence, I’d build lasting impact — a legacy of growth, empowerment, and resilience that outlives any single individual.
