I am most definitely walking a path. Most importantly, I am walking the path my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ has laid for me. I know that if I stick to the path that God has laid out for me to follow that my future and our company’s future will be bright and prosperous!

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
My name is Rick Moore, and I am the Owner and Founder of Adept Motions LLC. We specialize in helping small businesses grow their online presence, better connect with their customers, create a brand and image that becomes well known and trusted in their local community.

Amazing, so let’s take a moment to go back in time. What relationship most shaped how you see yourself?
My relationship with my wife Kay has definitely been the best most important relationship that I have ever been in. Meeting my wife not only saved my life, but it gave me purpose again. I truly cared about life, my future, and myself once again shortly after meeting her. She is my Angle from God!

Without her and her many sacrifices, myself and our company would not be where it is today.

Without my her there is no me!

What did suffering teach you that success never could?
Without suffering and failure you cannot succeed! Our failures are and always will be our #1 Key To Success. Without failure we simply cannot better ourselves. Each failure holds a lesson that makes us both smarter and stronger, and as a result a better person and business owner.

If you were to always succeed, you would never get the opportunity to grow and eventually your ideas and strategies would become overused and no longer effective. This would most definitely have a negative impact on your life, business, or even place of work.

Alright, so if you are open to it, let’s explore some philosophical questions that touch on your values and worldview. What are the biggest lies your industry tells itself?
The biggest lie the online marketing industry tells business owners is that they can rank you on 1st Page on Goolge in 1-2 weeks. This simply is not possible! It takes months to start seeing result from Search Engine Optimiation. In fact, it takes about and average of 6 months to see significant results in SEO. This is if you truly know what you are doing and have a really good SEO strategy put into place.

So, if you have a company telling you that they will have you ranking on the 1st page of Google and outranking your competitors in 1-2 weeks, you probably do not want to hire them for your services. Most likely they are selling the same BS to your competitors and whomever ends up paying them the most is who them will put a long term optimization plan together for and dominate the search engines.

Okay, we’ve made it essentially to the end. One last question before you go. Could you give everything your best, even if no one ever praised you for it?
I could most definitely give my best even if no one praised me for my efforts or success. What makes me happiest in seeing positive results for my clients. Knowing that I did a good job and that their company is growing because of mine and my teams efforts is a better feeling than any praise could ever provide!
