We’re looking forward to introducing you to Analicia Austin. Check out our conversation below.

Good morning Analicia, we’re so happy to have you here with us and we’d love to explore your story and how you think about life and legacy and so much more. So let’s start with a question we often ask: What is a normal day like for you right now?
A normal day for me these days usually involves babysitting my cute little nephew, creating new products, packing orders, and keeping up with school. I’m currently in grad school, so my days are pretty full but rewarding!

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Hi! I’m Analicia, the creator behind PLT Studio, a stationery and paper goods brand that celebrates creativity, color, and joy. I design vibrant, feminine pieces—from stickers and greeting cards to wedding and birthday stationery—that are meant to inspire connection and self-expression. Every product is thoughtfully crafted and often hand-finished, blending playful design with a personal touch. Beyond my shop, I’m passionate about growing PLT Studio into a lifestyle brand that brings beauty and positivity into everyday moments.

Amazing, so let’s take a moment to go back in time. What relationship most shaped how you see yourself?
The relationship that most shaped how I see myself is the one I have with my family—and now, my husband. My parents taught me the importance of creativity, independence, and hard work, which has influenced how I approach both life and business. Being recently married has added a new layer of love and partnership to my life, reminding me of the power of support, balance, and shared dreams. And spending time with my nephew always grounds me in joy and patience. Together, these relationships have helped shape who I am today—both personally and creatively.

What did suffering teach you that success never could?
Suffering taught me strength and self-belief in a way success never could. There were times when balancing school, my business, and personal life felt overwhelming, and I questioned if I could keep everything going. But those moments taught me resilience and reminded me why I started creating in the first place—to bring my creativity, beauty, and joy into both my own life and others’. Getting through the hard days showed me that growth often happens in quiet, unseen moments, and that success feels more meaningful when you’ve fought for it.

Next, maybe we can discuss some of your foundational philosophies and views? What’s a cultural value you protect at all costs?
A cultural value I protect at all costs is family. Growing up in Haiti taught me that family is everything—our foundation, our strength, and our greatest source of love and support. That value guides everything I do in life and business.

Okay, so before we go, let’s tackle one more area. How do you know when you’re out of your depth?
I know I’m out of my depth when I start to feel overwhelmed or unsure of my next step. Instead of pushing through blindly, I take a step back, ask for help, or do more research. It is not a weakness to admit you don’t know everything; it’s how you grow and get better at what you do.
