Story & Lesson Highlights with Bianca Russo Movement and Mindset Coach Since 2017 of Albuquerque, New Mexico

We’re looking forward to introducing you to Bianca Russo Movement and Mindset Coach Since 2017. Check out our conversation below.

Good morning Bianca, we’re so happy to have you here with us and we’d love to explore your story and how you think about life and legacy and so much more. So let’s start with a question we often ask: What is a normal day like for you right now?
Carpe diem! I’m an early riser, and my mornings begin before I even open my eyes. I start with mindfulness, deep breathing, and gratitude mantras as soon as I wake up, tuning my energy toward peace, love, and happiness right away while still in bed. Around 5am, I’m up with a hot cup of coffee, then out walking my dog as the sun rises.
Back home, I prime my body with GOATA mobility drills on a yoga mat and use Weck Method tools while standing on my whole-body vibration plate to flow through rotational movements. This leaves me bright and energized in mind, and springy in body. Gratitude weaves through it all (sometimes silently, sometimes out loud) especially while I’m running in the majestic mountains near my home. I feel like integrating gratitude while I’m trail running makes a more potent impression on my subconscious and that makes the difficulty of the mountain run more tolerable, too. Before noon, I’ve usually logged over 10,000 steps.
After a big lunch, water, and fruit, I shower and shift into content creation, channeling that morning energy into promoting my online athletic performance courses and products. Every day I passionately promote Weck Method tools and GOATA programs because I embody their values by using them for my own personal practice. GOATA protocols and Weck Method products make me feel strong, limitless, and deeply connected to something bigger than me. Sharing them is my way of contributing to peace and unity on a global scale: every day that’s my mission.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Hello world! I’m Bianca Russo…an athletic performance coach and lifestyle trainer based online and in Albuquerque, New Mexico. A few years ago, I hit rock bottom both mentally and physically, but from that place I discovered the gift of only being able to rise. The comeback has been nothing short of miraculous!

Today, I couldn’t be happier to live fully in athletics as a trail runner, a pickleball athlete, and as a coach sharing this lifestyle with others. Recently, I accepted a role with PRO Sports, joining a crew of coaches who are as genuine as they are passionate. The PRO Sports team is on a mission to make local life (and the greater world) better through pickleball.Their Oasis facility at Canyon Club in Albuquerque, New Mexico is about more than just pickleball — it’s about community, and it’s a really fun and gorgeous atmosphere!

The moral of my story is simple: mindset IS EVERYTHING. The patterns of our minds can either destroy or create. My advice? Make peace with your wounds, your enemies, and most importantly, yourself. Step into an expansive life of love, light, and abundance. Don’t shrink. Don’t complain. Because it feels far too good to persevere, survive, and thrive, even in the complexity of this world.

If your thinking has the power to make you miserable, it also has the power to catapult you into bliss. I believe this with every fiber of my being: a loving, bright aura is humanity’s greatest long-term investment. Sow your most desirable seeds, trust the process, pour your soul into goodness and watch the your new life unfold before you.

Thanks for sharing that. Would love to go back in time and hear about how your past might have impacted who you are today. What’s a moment that really shaped how you see the world?
Last winter, I participated in a three-week online meditation course with Three Jewels NYC. My teacher, Hector Marcel, brought humor to the history of Tibetan Buddhism while holding deep honor and respect for the sacred practice of meditation. On the very last day of the course, after lecture and during meditation, something remarkable happened: I broke down crying and simultaneously burst into hysterical laughter.

In that moment, I had explored my “mind palace” so thoroughly that I gained a perspective of compassion powerful enough to finally rise above a deep hurt that had been limiting my potential. The flood of emotions was both humbling and hilarious because the relief I was searching for had always been within me. I simply had to focus persistently enough to change my thinking habits and create new, more productive patterns of thought. And I didn’t need to travel to Timbuktu for it — it all happened on the floor of my living room!

The shift came when I learned to set aside my own feelings and consider the perspective of another person — even someone who had harmed me as a child. To imagine what they might have been going through gave me the purest sense of liberation from my suffering. That’s compassion. That’s forgiveness. And since that moment, my world has been shaped for the better. I am truly free. (::happy-tears::)

I see the world as a place where everyone has access to this kind of liberation, but only the most championed thinkers will dare to recode their mindsets. That same resilience and compassion now fuel the way I train, compete, and coach — helping others unlock strength and freedom not just in sport, but in life.

Was there ever a time you almost gave up?
No! Next question.

Next, maybe we can discuss some of your foundational philosophies and views? What important truth do very few people agree with you on?
You have infinite strength and potential. You are actually limitless! If you think you don’t, then you don’t. But if you believe you do, then you do, and you WILL receive gifts as such every single day. Consciousness and subconsciousness are truly sacred. Don’t be a fool; wield your power for the greater good. You really do got this.

Having faith means trusting the process defiantly, with gratitude, and never giving up. LET’S!! GOOO!!

I know this isn’t what everyone agrees with, but I see it proven daily in athletics, business, and life. The moment you decide to shift your mindset, you open the door to strength you never imagined. That’s why my work as a coach, athlete, and creator centers around helping people rewire their movement and their mindsets. In fact, I built my Mobility Essentials course around the first four foundational GOATA Recode drills, giving people the exact starting point they need to reset, realign, and unlock their own physical potential. When you realize you’re limitless, that’s when your training, your performance, and your life transform into something extraordinary. The only way for you to see this is for yourself. Thank you so much for all of your openness so far. Maybe we can close with a future oriented question. Are you doing what you were born to do—or what you were told to do?
Yes. I was always told to follow my heart, and for a few decades I wandered in circles, bumping into walls. But I wouldn’t change a thing because where I ended up is more perfect than I ever could have imagined. Everything was exactly as it was meant to be.

I love being a full-time athlete, an independent sports performance trainer, the Head Lifestyle Coach at PRO Sports, a creator and artist. Carpe diem, baby. Run toward the sun and resonate with the warm light, my people. You will never regret rising up beyond the cold chaos of this world. I was meant to believe, and I choose to do that every single day. My purpose is to help lift others up so they can remember they are capable of the same: belief.

That’s also why I’ve built my brand around training, movement, and mindset — because when you reshape your patterns, you reconnect with your own strength and limitless potential. If my words resonate, come find me, explore my courses, and join me in this movement. Let’s rise together.
