Story & Lesson Highlights with Bridget Francis of Katy, Texas

We recently had the chance to connect with Bridget Francis and have shared our conversation below.

Good morning Bridget, it’s such a great way to kick off the day – I think our readers will love hearing your stories, experiences and about how you think about life and work. Let’s jump right in? What do the first 90 minutes of your day look like?
The first 90 minutes of my day really set the tone for everything that follows. Honestly, I spend about the first 15 minutes talking myself into getting up (I’m not one of those people who jumps right out of bed!). Once I’m up, I start with prayer—it grounds me and puts my focus where it needs to be. After that, I read a chapter from my Bible to center my spirit, and then I switch gears and read a chapter from whatever book I’m currently working through. That mix of faith and learning helps me approach the day with both peace and fresh perspective. From there, I grab my to-do list that I made the night before, and that becomes my roadmap for the day ahead.

Faith and discipline guide my mornings—it’s how I find peace, perspective, and purpose before the day even begins.”

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I like to call myself a serial entrepreneur—I’ve always had a passion for building things from the ground up and bringing new ideas to life. I’m also a mom of one, an avid lover of travel, and a big believer in the luxury lifestyle. For me though, “luxury” isn’t just about material things—it’s about creating a life that feels intentional, elevated, and well cared for.

Through my brand, we offer products designed to enhance everyday life while also protecting what matters most: our health and well-being. Now more than ever, it’s important to have essentials that not only look and feel good, but also provide peace of mind in an unpredictable world. That’s the balance we strike—practicality with purpose, wrapped in a sense of luxury.

Okay, so here’s a deep one: What did you believe about yourself as a child that you no longer believe?
Ha—I used to believe as a child that everybody would treat me the way I treat them. I thought everyone would be nice and like me simply because I’m a very kind person. That is so not believable anymore. Life has definitely taught me that kindness doesn’t guarantee kindness in return, and that’s okay. What I’ve learned instead is that my kindness is part of who I am, not a transaction. I give it freely, not because of how others respond, but because it’s the foundation of how I choose to move through the world.

When did you last change your mind about something important?
Early this year, I had someone wanting to invest in my company and become a partner. They were offering leads that could probably take me to the next level, but I decided not to rush into it. I realized I don’t want shortcuts, and I need to be careful about who I allow to connect themselves to my brand. If I ever do partner, it has to be with someone who shows equal value, love, dedication, and commitment to my brand and its mission. For now, I’ve made peace with waiting on God to show me the right path forward instead of following what the world sees as the “normal” way to expand.

So a lot of these questions go deep, but if you are open to it, we’ve got a few more questions that we’d love to get your take on. Is the public version of you the real you?
Ha ha, of course it is. What you see is truly a part of who I am. I don’t pretend to be someone I’m not, and I don’t partake in things just to stay on trend for the public. At the same time, much of my life remains private—for my own protection, for my child’s protection, and honestly, for our peace and sanity. Those who are closest to me naturally know more about me, but what I share publicly is always genuine.

That authenticity carries into how I run my businesses as well. Clients and customers know that what I offer comes from a real place of passion, purpose, and faith—not just a desire to keep up with what’s “popular.” I believe people can feel when you’re genuine, and that trust is what sustains a brand far longer than any trend ever could.

Before we go, we’d love to hear your thoughts on some longer-run, legacy type questions. If you knew you had 10 years left, what would you stop doing immediately?
Immediately, I’d stop overplanning. I definitely do what I need to in the moment and trust God for what’s ahead. I would live every day like it’s my last—fully present, fully engaged, and fully grateful. In my business, this mindset would push me to take bold steps, focus on opportunities that align with my purpose, and spend energy only on what truly moves my brand and my life forward. Life is too short to get caught up in unnecessary worry or overthinking; I’d focus on what truly matters, the people I love, and the work that fulfills my purpose.
