Story & Lesson Highlights with Dina Kleiman of Orange County, CA

Dina Kleiman shared their story and experiences with us recently and you can find our conversation below.

Dina, a huge thanks to you for investing the time to share your wisdom with those who are seeking it. We think it’s so important for us to share stories with our neighbors, friends and community because knowledge multiples when we share with each other. Let’s jump in: What is something outside of work that is bringing you joy lately?
Lately, music has been a huge source of joy for me — especially going to live shows and festivals. There’s something magical about being surrounded by sound, lights, and people all moving to the same beat. It pulls me out of my head and drops me right into the moment. Those experiences recharge me and remind me why I love creating spaces where people can feel that same kind of connection and joy.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Hi, I’m Dina Kleiman — a spiritual teacher, intuitive reader, and energy healer based here in Southern California.

My work is all about helping people reconnect with their inner guidance, clear the energetic blocks that keep them stuck, and remember how to live from a place of joy, clarity, and purpose.

I offer one-on-one readings, energy healing sessions, and immersive classes like sound baths, spirit guide activations, and transformational workshops.

What makes my work unique is that I blend deep spiritual practices with a grounded, down-to-earth approach. Right now, I’m especially excited about creating events that bring people together in real time to experience that spark of joy and connection — because when we feel that, everything in life starts to shift.

Amazing, so let’s take a moment to go back in time. Who were you before the world told you who you had to be?
Before the world told me how to be, I was deeply curious, creative, and intuitive — always sensing there was more to life than what we could see. But as I grew up, I learned how to succeed by following the rules and proving myself. I built a career in corporate IT — I was good at it, and it gave me stability and success. Yet underneath it all, I felt like I was only living a fraction of who I really was. That quiet, true part of me never stopped calling… and eventually, I chose to follow it — back to myself and into the work I do today.

What did suffering teach you that success never could?
Success taught me how to push harder, control outcomes, and keep moving. But it never taught me peace. Suffering did. It showed me that it’s not the situation itself that creates suffering, but how we respond to it. When I stopped trying to control everything and focused on how I chose to meet each moment, everything changed. Choosing acceptance over resistance gave me the freedom that success never could.

So a lot of these questions go deep, but if you are open to it, we’ve got a few more questions that we’d love to get your take on. Is the public version of you the real you?
Yes — the public version of me is absolutely real. It’s genuinely who I am, but of course it’s not all of me. We all have many layers, and what I share publicly is just the part of me that’s meant to be in service to others.

Thank you so much for all of your openness so far. Maybe we can close with a future oriented question. What will you regret not doing?
I’ll never regret living life the way I believe is right — staying true to my own inner moral and ethical compass, even when it doesn’t align with what the world expects. It’s not the easiest path, but at the end of the day, I want to be able to look back and know I lived as my true self, with joy, clarity, and purpose.
