Story & Lesson Highlights with Erin Osborne of Fremont

We’re looking forward to introducing you to Erin Osborne. Check out our conversation below.

Good morning Erin , we’re so happy to have you here with us and we’d love to explore your story and how you think about life and legacy and so much more. So let’s start with a question we often ask: What do the first 90 minutes of your day look like?
Whenever possible, I like to start my day an hour before my kids wake up. That quiet time allows me to center myself, prepare for the day ahead, and set intentions before the morning rush begins. Once my daughters are off to school—and I’ve fit in a bit of movement—I dive into my inbox and gear up for the day’s meetings feeling focused and grounded.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Founded by Erin Osborne in 2015, ON PR is a female-owned and operated public relations firm specializing in world-class tourism and lifestyle brands. Our mighty team of five delivers high-impact PR campaigns that consistently land clients in the most coveted media outlets. Our client roster includes 1 Hotels, Destination British Columbia, Embrace Whidbey and Camano Islands, and Visit Tri-Cities, among others.

At ON PR, we believe small teams create seismic impact. With just five powerhouse women, we’ve driven millions in economic impact, billions in media reach, and legacy client partnerships that span more than a decade. ON PR is redefining what a boutique agency can be—nimble, mission-driven, and consistently impactful on a national scale.

Amazing, so let’s take a moment to go back in time. Who taught you the most about work?
I had the privilege of growing up watching my father pour himself into his work as an attorney, while my mother dedicated the same energy and focus to raising my two sisters and me. The intensity and purpose they each brought to their roles shaped my own work ethic and ambition—while also inspiring me to seek a different kind of balance. I’ve always been career-driven, but after becoming a mother, I had to redefine what success looked like for me—learning to navigate the space between professional fulfillment and being truly present for my family.

Was there ever a time you almost gave up?
Early in my career, I experienced some challenges that nearly pushed me out of the PR profession altogether. I questioned whether this was the right path for me. But soon after, I found a new role and an incredible mentor who completely changed my trajectory. In that environment, I was encouraged to grow, take ownership, and learn PR strategy but also what it truly takes to run a business. That shift not only reignited my passion for the industry but also set me on the entreprenurial path to where I am today—and I’m endlessly grateful for it.

Sure, so let’s go deeper into your values and how you think. What would your closest friends say really matters to you?
My friends would say that loyalty is what matters most to me. It’s the foundation of every relationship—personal or professional. When loyalty is present, it fosters respect, authenticity, and genuine connection. Those same values are at the heart of successful friendships, families, and business partnerships alike.

Okay, so let’s keep going with one more question that means a lot to us: When do you feel most at peace?
Living in the Pacific Northwest, I’m constantly reminded of how grounding nature can be. I feel most at peace when I’m near the forest or the beach—anywhere I can slow down and reconnect. Since that isn’t possible every day in the city, I carve out time for a trail run with my dogs. Those quiet miles outdoors are when I feel most centered—and, often, when my best ideas and most creative business solutions come to life.
