Infinity Brooks shared their story and experiences with us recently and you can find our conversation below.
Infinity, so good to connect and we’re excited to share your story and insights with our audience. There’s a ton to learn from your story, but let’s start with a warm up before we get into the heart of the interview. Would YOU hire you? Why or why not?
Honestly, yes, I would hire myself.
I would hire me because I genuinely care and that shows in how I work. At Infinite Designs Wedding Planning, I’m not just here to plan a wedding. I’m here to make sure my couples feel supported, heard, and at ease from the very beginning. I’m extremely organized, very detail-oriented, and always thinking a few steps ahead, so my clients don’t have to stress about what’s coming next.
I also take the time to really get to know my couples. Their story, their culture, their vision, and what actually matters to them. That allows me to create a wedding day that feels true to who they are, not just something that looks pretty in photos. When something unexpected comes up, I stay calm, solution-focused, and grounded, which helps my couples stay present and actually enjoy their day.
I would hire myself because I show up fully, I advocate for my clients, and I treat every wedding with the same care and intention I would give my own. My goal is always for my couples to feel confident, relaxed, and excited knowing their day is in good hands.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Hi, I’m Infinity, the owner and lead planner behind Infinite Designs Wedding Planning, and I’m also the owner of Forever Bar Co., a luxury mobile bar service. I specialize in full-service wedding planning and coordination for couples who want a beautifully designed day without the overwhelm. My role is to take the pressure off, manage the details, and make sure my couples feel supported, confident, and genuinely excited throughout the entire planning process.
What makes Infinite Designs unique is our ability to offer a wide range of services in-house. Through Infinite Designs Wedding Planning, we provide planning and coordination, rentals, content creators, additional event support and so much more. Through Forever Bar Co., we offer professional bartending services and experienced waitstaff. Having these services under one umbrella allows our couples to streamline their planning and work with a cohesive, trusted team from start to finish.
At the core of everything I do is intention and connection. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all weddings. I take the time to truly understand each couple’s story, culture, and vision so their wedding day feels personal and authentic. I’m known for being highly organized, detail-driven, and calm under pressure, which helps my couples stay present and fully enjoy their celebration.
My journey into wedding planning comes from a deep love for events, storytelling, and creating meaningful experiences. Right now, I’m focused on continuing to grow Infinite Designs Wedding Planning and Forever Bar Co., expanding our offerings thoughtfully, and creating elevated, seamless wedding experiences that feel just as good as they look.
Great, so let’s dive into your journey a bit more. What did you believe about yourself as a child that you no longer believe?
As a child, I believed I had to be quiet and that no one really cared about my ideas. I learned early on to stay small, observe instead of speak up, and keep my thoughts to myself because it felt safer that way. I didn’t yet understand that creativity, leadership, and vision often start with simply allowing yourself to be heard.
As I’ve grown, I’ve unlearned that belief completely. I now know that my voice matters and that my ideas have purpose and impact. Speaking up has allowed me to build a business, lead teams, and create meaningful experiences for others. What I once saw as something to hide has become one of my greatest strengths, and I no longer believe that I need to be quiet to belong or succeed.
Do you remember a time someone truly listened to you?
Yes, I do. It was my Nanny, my Aunt Jaye. During a really difficult time my family was going through, I found myself carrying so much hurt, sadness, and confusion. I went on an emotional vent that I didn’t plan or control, and she listened with her whole heart. She let me get everything out without interrupting, judging, or making me feel wrong for how I felt.
Instead of trying to fix me or the situation, she spoke life into me. She offered guidance, reminded me of my worth, and reassured me that no matter what happened, I would always have her. That moment meant the world to me, more than I think she’ll ever truly know. That situation has taken a real toll on my life, but knowing I have people like her who genuinely love me, support me, and want to see me thrive has made all the difference.
Next, maybe we can discuss some of your foundational philosophies and views? What would your closest friends say really matters to you?
My closest friends would say that what really matters to me is love, loyalty, and creating meaningful experiences. They know I care deeply about the people in my life and that I show up wholeheartedly for those I love, whether that’s family, friends, or the couples I serve. Relationships matter to me, and I value honesty, trust, and feeling genuinely supported and seen.
They would also say that purpose matters to me. I care about building something meaningful, using my creativity, and creating spaces where people feel celebrated, safe, and cared for. Whether it’s through my work or my personal life, what matters most to me is connection, growth, and leaving people feeling better than they did before.
Thank you so much for all of your openness so far. Maybe we can close with a future oriented question. What is the story you hope people tell about you when you’re gone?
I hope people remember me as someone who showed up fully—for my family, my friends, my clients, and my community. I want them to say I was kind, generous, and deeply present, someone who listened, cared, and made people feel seen and valued.
I also hope they remember me as someone who followed her passion with heart and purpose, someone who created experiences that brought joy, celebration, and love into the world. Ultimately, I want the story they tell to reflect that I lived with intention, loved without reservation, and left a positive mark on everyone I encountered.
