We recently had the chance to connect with Jude Toy and have shared our conversation below.
Hi Jude, thank you so much for joining us today. We’re thrilled to learn more about your journey, values and what you are currently working on. Let’s start with an ice breaker: What’s more important to you—intelligence, energy, or integrity?
All three matter, but integrity is most important to me because it guides how intelligence and energy are used. Without integrity, the other two can be misdirected.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Hi, I’m Jude Toy a songwriter content creator in Nashville Tennessee.
I am working on a new show called “Girl Me Girl” here is a little about the project.
What kind of mischief can two Nashville songwriters really get into?
Plenty. Especially when they are two successful women with sharp wit, a stash of lipstick and eyeliner and a lifetime of stories to share about what it means to age in an anti-aging world.
Meet Kirsti Manna and Jude Toy, the unstoppable duo behind Girl Me Girl—a brand-new multi-platform show launching in 2026.
With a mix of humor, honesty, and a little bit of sass, they’ll take on everything from skincare and fitness to Aldi runs and whatever else women over 40 secretly (or not-so-secretly) want to talk about.
Think of it as a laugh-out-loud survival guide for life after 40—where frustration with society’s outdated views turns into empowerment, comedy, and maybe a great song or two.
Armed with their “Lucy and Ethel” chemistry, Kirsti and Jude are taking over TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram—not just writing songs, but making sure we’re all laughing together along the way.
Join the fun. Girl Me Girl launches in 2026.
See you there.
Amazing, so let’s take a moment to go back in time. What breaks the bonds between people—and what restores them?
I think bonds are often broken when we let peraonal beliefs divide us, especially when they differ from our own. But I believe love is the most powerful force we have-it has the ability to mend, restore and override everything that separates us.
When did you stop hiding your pain and start using it as power?
Pain is a powerful teacher-sometimes cruel, but always revealing. For many years, I lived under the lie that I wasn’t good enough, endlessly striving and never measuring up. Through my faith, I discovered I was never alone. Because of a loving God, I’ve been able to turn pain into power. Believing that with God all things are possible. This gives me the strength to endure and the more I trust, the more I see the beauty that unfolds..
Alright, so if you are open to it, let’s explore some philosophical questions that touch on your values and worldview. Where are smart people getting it totally wrong today?
I fear that some of the most brilliant minds of our time are missing life’s most essential truth. Intelligence often trusts only what can be seen, yet faith is the substance of what is unseen. Its easy to believe in what we can touch-a chair, a possession-but how do we explain one of the most powerful forces on earth-love? Real wisdom recognizes that the greatest power is found not just in reason, but in faith.
Okay, so before we go, let’s tackle one more area. What will you regret not doing?
That’s a tough question, because I truly hope to live with no regrets. I believe in intentional living—thinking carefully about my choices and creating a life that reflects what I want to do. While I might wish to be a little more adventurous at times, I focus on living my best life every day and holding myself to a high standard of excellence in all I do.
