Lajada, it’s always a pleasure to learn from you and your journey. Let’s start with a bit of a warmup: What is something outside of work that is bringing you joy lately?
What has been bringing me joy outside of work lately is quality time with myself and family sometimes you can get so closed in with time and put work work before anything I’m finding joy in spending time with my family and understanding myself in the process

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Hi everyone I’m Lajada CEO founder of Dippedinbeauty were i specialise in facials , brows , & Lash extensions i have been in business for 4 years now and I’m filled joy to continue to produce such works of art i value my customers dearly .

There has been many times where my vision for my business has been unclear i made plenty sacrifices and prayed asking god to help me build Dippedinbeauty brick by brick through many trials and tribulations here i stand by the grace of god Believing i can move mountains .

Upcoming i have lash classes i am also a lash instructor and i plan on hosting many lash classes at a great price to anyone interested in becoming a lash artist i have an ebook coming out called “Becoming a Digital lash babe “ drops 08/08/25 and i am always accepting news clients

Great, so let’s dive into your journey a bit more. What breaks the bonds between people—and what restores them?
What breaks bonds between people is lack of trust without trust you can’t really get to know that person you feel anything they say may or may not be true which makes you question the friendship or the relationship .

What restores bonds is honesty , communication and time .

What fear has held you back the most in your life?
The fear of being seen i always thought about how someone looked at me and thought to much to myself on how I’m viewed in someone else’s eyes. I learned that this is my world and i choose to show up the way i would like to and it’s nobody business on how i choose to do so .

Thinking to much about how you are being viewed slows down the process of becoming the exact person you where chose to be no one was ever meant to be the same .

Sure, so let’s go deeper into your values and how you think. What are the biggest lies your industry tells itself?
The biggest lie in my industry which is the beauty industry is that all it takes it consistent to be successful

Which is not true it takes consistency, believing in yourself , the power for prayer , meditation, self healing , growth , being uncomfortable it’s so much more then what we think to be one successful you have to what it bad and feel it in your soul to move .

Scrolling to much on social media to much screen time it’s not good to scroll all day everyday it’s so many other things reading , taking a walk , exercising Train your mind to be productive because in 7-10 years scrolling will lead to failure
