Maksim Baglaev shared their story and experiences with us recently and you can find our conversation below.

Maksim, so good to connect and we’re excited to share your story and insights with our audience. There’s a ton to learn from your story, but let’s start with a warm up before we get into the heart of the interview. What’s more important to you—intelligence, energy, or integrity?
All three aspects are important and harmonize themselves.
It’s hard to mention one thing, but maybe!
I would say honesty comes first, especially if you’re being honest with yourself.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
My name is Maxim, I am 28 years old, of which I have been professionally engaged in the photosphere for 14 years.
I create and create photography for many people, which inspires and inspires both me and the audience. I found myself in street photography, as well as working with small and large brands, working with actors, musicians, and bloggers. I try and move forward in the development of my style and taste, always on the move

Okay, so here’s a deep one: Who were you before the world told you who you had to be?
I was an ordinary average worker, my childhood education was based on physical labor, and I was chosen to work in the tech industry, which hindered my desire to create and broadcast!
I have always seen this world through an unusual lens, and I always had an idea how to convey it in the shortest possible time, and it was my choice – photography!

What fear has held you back the most in your life?
Fear, I wouldn’t say it’s fear. I would attribute this to a constant slight anxiety. The anxiety of not understanding you and not being supported by even the people closest to you

Sure, so let’s go deeper into your values and how you think. What’s a belief you used to hold tightly but now think was naive or wrong?
I would mention the concept of talent here.
Nevertheless, I will say that talent as such does not exist for me, but I have perseverance, aspiration, ability to work, foresight and fortitude.
But I’m not denying that there are people who are more capable, but it’s a narrative skill.

Okay, we’ve made it essentially to the end. One last question before you go. What is the story you hope people tell about you when you’re gone?
I wouldn’t want anyone to say anything about me, whether it’s good or bad.
I want my work/works to be remembered, so that they inspire and inspire
