Mrs. Sherrelle Jordan/Green shared their story and experiences with us recently and you can find our conversation below.
Good morning Mrs. Sherrelle , it’s such a great way to kick off the day – I think our readers will love hearing your stories, experiences and about how you think about life and work. Let’s jump right in? What’s the most surprising thing you’ve learned about your customers?
One of the most surprising and humbling things I’ve learned about my customers is how deeply they desire to be seen, heard, and valued, not just as clients, but as whole individuals. Whether I’m supporting a student through advocacy, guiding a family spiritually, or helping someone find the right holistic product for their well-being, I’ve discovered that most people are seeking more than just a service or solution, they’re seeking connection, purpose, and healing.
It’s also been surprising to see how open and willing many are to grow once they feel supported in a safe, affirming environment. Their resilience, vulnerability, and hunger for alignment in mind, body, and spirit continue to inspire me. This insight has shaped how I serve, bringing deeper empathy, intentionality, and flexibility into everything I offer across my coaching, ministry, advocacy, event hosting and holistic business platforms.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Absolutely! My name is Sherrelle known as your personal coach- D.B.A Coach Mrs. BluntlySpoken, and I wear many hats that all connect through one core purpose: helping individuals and families align with their divine purpose and live with intention. I’m a life purpose spiritual coach, an ordained youth minister, a mentor, and a dedicated student and family advocate. I also lead a virtual call center and staffing agency, and run a holistic online store that’s been in business since 2018.
What makes my work unique is how all these roles come together under one mission, to serve the whole person: spiritually, emotionally, and practically. I believe in meeting people where they are, whether that’s through coaching, ministry, education advocacy, or holistic wellness.
In addition to my day-to-day work, I also host popular events, in-person, that bring together communities for healing, empowerment, and purpose-driven growth. These events have become a powerful space for connection, transformation, and learning.
Right now, I’m focused on expanding my reach through new collaborations, and resources that help individuals and families thrive holistically. My journey has been one of faith, service, and constant learning, and I’m passionate about walking alongside others as they discover their own path with clarity, confidence, and spiritual grounding.
Appreciate your sharing that. Let’s talk about your life, growing up and some of topics and learnings around that. What breaks the bonds between people—and what restores them?
In my experience as a spiritual coach, youth minister, and advocate, one of the most heartbreaking truths I’ve observed is that this world, more and more, seems to lack a deep understanding of loyalty, honesty, and authenticity. These foundational values, once seen as non-negotiable, are often replaced with convenience, performance, and self-interest. That shift is what breaks the bonds between people.
When we abandon truth for comfort, loyalty for personal gain, and authenticity for image, trust begins to erode. Relationships, whether personal, professional, or spiritual, become fragile when people feel unseen, unheard, or betrayed.
But I also believe restoration is possible. Bonds are rebuilt when people are willing to return to those core values. Honest communication, sincere accountability, consistent action, and a willingness to show up with vulnerability, these are the tools that heal. Restoration starts when people choose integrity over image, connection over control, and purpose over pride.
As someone who walks closely with individuals and families, I’ve seen firsthand how healing begins when we stop performing and start being real, with ourselves, with others, and with God/ Jah. That’s where true restoration lives.
When did you stop hiding your pain and start using it as power?
I stopped hiding my pain the moment I realized that my experiences weren’t meant to break me, they were meant to shape me. There came a point in my journey, both personally and spiritually, when I understood that turning my pain into power was not just healing for me, but valuable to others. The trials I had once been ashamed of became tools for transformation, not just in my own life, but in the lives of those I was called to serve.
As a life purpose spiritual coach, ordained youth minister, mentor, and student and family advocate, I’ve encountered many people silently suffering, feeling alone, unseen, or stuck in cycles they don’t know how to break. My passion for helping others was born out of my own healing process. I knew that if I could come through pain with purpose, I could walk alongside others and help them do the same.
That’s when everything shifted. My pain became my platform. I stopped hiding and started leading, with empathy, truth, and the deep conviction that every experience, no matter how painful, can be repurposed for growth, purpose, and impact. Today, I use my voice, my story, and my platforms, including my holistic business and events, to remind others that their story isn’t over. There’s power in their process.
So a lot of these questions go deep, but if you are open to it, we’ve got a few more questions that we’d love to get your take on. What important truth do very few people agree with you on?
One important truth I hold, though not everyone agrees with it, is that spirituality is not optional if you truly want to grow, heal, and live with purpose. In a world that often prioritizes quick fixes, surface success, and external validation, the idea that true transformation begins within, through spiritual alignment, is often overlooked or dismissed.
I also believe that there is truth in everything, but it takes discernment, humility, and spiritual guidance to recognize it. Not everything is black and white. Life is layered, and many people miss the deeper meaning because they’re only looking at life through a limited or worldly lens.
Through my work as a life purpose spiritual coach, minister, and advocate, I’ve seen that growth without spiritual depth is unsustainable. You might gain achievements, but not peace. You might build a platform, but not purpose. That’s why I’m so passionate about helping others seek not just solutions, but clarity and divine direction, because when you’re spiritually grounded, you can navigate anything with wisdom and resilience.
So while some may resist or debate this truth, I stand firmly in it: spirituality is essential, and truth is always present, you just have to be willing to seek it with an open heart and guided spirit.
Okay, so before we go, let’s tackle one more area. Are you doing what you were born to do—or what you were told to do?
Yes, I am.
I’m doing what I was born to do, where my passion directly fuels the mission. I truly believe I was chosen from my mother’s womb (Co- creator), and I was called at an early age. That calling didn’t come without challenges; it led me down roads filled with lessons, trials, and tribulations. But each experience, no matter how difficult, was divinely allowed to shape me, stretch me, and equip me.
Through it all, I didn’t just endure, I listened, I learned, and I grew. I came to understand that every struggle had a purpose, and those hard-earned lessons became the foundation for my life’s work. Today, I walk boldly in my calling as a life purpose spiritual coach, ordained youth minister, mentor, student and family advocate, and business owner, because this is not just what I do, it’s who I am.
I wasn’t shaped by societal expectations, I was shaped by divine assignment. My journey has always been about transformation, not performance. And now, I use my voice, my platform, and my experiences to spread awareness, encourage healing, and help others step into their God-given identity and purpose.
So yes, every day, I walk in what I was born to do. And that makes all the difference.
