Story & Lesson Highlights with Pamela Vega

We’re looking forward to introducing you to Pamela Vega. Check out our conversation below.

Pamela, it’s always a pleasure to learn from you and your journey. Let’s start with a bit of a warmup: Who are you learning from right now?
I’m in a season of learning and unlearning guided by my teacher Marysia Miernowska from the School of the Sacred Wild, and endlessly with the plants and the earth. They remind me that wisdom is cyclical, like the seasons—always evolving, always alive.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I’m a multidisciplinary creative: creative director, stylist, sommelier, and herbalist. At the heart of my work is Curated, my multidisciplinary creative agency, where I bring together fashion, styling, brand storytelling, and experiences with a signature blend of artistry and intention. Alongside that, I’m the founder of Eleva, a demi-fine jewelry brand inspired by vintage forms and rooted in ethical practices, designed to feel both timeless and transcendent. Our designs are minimalist melding surrealism elements.

What makes my work unique is the way I weave together beauty, ritual, and storytelling—whether through styling, jewelry, or immersive experiences. For me, it’s never just about a product, but about creating a world where beauty, nature, and intention live in harmony. Right now, I’m in an exciting phase of expansion, working on a new branch of Eleva that will explore alchemy and wellness—an evolution I’m nurturing with care, not yet fully revealed but already alive, so soon to be experienced.

Great, so let’s dive into your journey a bit more. What part of you has served its purpose and must now be released?
The version of me that clung to old habits and fears has done its work. I release only what no longer serves, so my curiosity, ambition, and spark can move freely, fueled by intention, magic and wonder.

If you could say one kind thing to your younger self, what would it be?
You are allowed to be ambitious, curious, and bold all at once. Stop dimming yourself to fit in—your light is needed exactly as it is. Remember: the world is more enchanted than you know.

Alright, so if you are open to it, let’s explore some philosophical questions that touch on your values and worldview. What truths are so foundational in your life that you rarely articulate them?
Some truths I rarely articulate—but that guide everything I do—are that life is cyclical, that growth often comes through discomfort, and that magic exists in the small, everyday moments. I believe intuition is a compass we’re born with, and that honoring it is a form of devotion to ourselves. I also hold the truth that connection—whether to people, nature, or creative work—is sacred, and when we approach it with intention, it becomes transformative.

Thank you so much for all of your openness so far. Maybe we can close with a future oriented question. What false labels are you still carrying?
I’m still carrying the labels of “too much” and “not enough.” For years, I tried to shrink or shape myself to fit expectations—how I should look, create, or show up in the world. I’m learning to let go of those stories and instead embrace the full spectrum of who I am: intuitive, authentic, imaginative, and vibrant, unapologetically alive in my own rhythm.
