We’re looking forward to introducing you to Roman Fischer. Check out our conversation below.
Roman, it’s always a pleasure to learn from you and your journey. Let’s start with a bit of a warmup: What makes you lose track of time—and find yourself again?
Going to the gym helps me clear my mind and let go of stress, and it’s one of the places where I easily lose track of time. I get that same feeling when I’m being creative in front of the camera modeling or acting. And when I’m out in nature without my phone, fully present, I find myself again by reconnecting with nature and grounding myself.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I’m a young, driven, and ambitious creator who has dedicated my life to building a career in acting, modeling, and fitness while helping others transform their lives. My journey began at fifteen when my younger brother started lifting weights. I joined him and immediately felt the rush of endorphins that made it impossible to quit. Around the same time, people told me I had the look for modeling, and with my older sister having spent time in the industry, I felt inspired to explore it myself. By seventeen, I was actively pursuing both modeling and acting, discovering how much I loved being in front of the camera.
Fitness grew alongside my passions. In 2020, during the height of COVID, I competed in my first men’s physique show and won first place. A couple of years later, I competed again and placed fourth. Both experiences required discipline, patience, and consistency, and they fueled my commitment to fitness even further.
I began my entertainment career at seventeen with a role as an extra in a local commercial. From there, I signed with agencies in Atlanta, Tampa, and Orlando and continued pursuing acting and modeling despite those who tried to discourage me. At nineteen, I published my first book, Rules to Rule Successfully, out of a desire not only to achieve my own goals but also to inspire others to pursue theirs.
That passion for helping others naturally extended into fitness. I became a certified personal trainer and, when COVID hit, shifted to online coaching. I created fitness content, launched my online business, and eventually helped more than seventy people transform both physically and mentally. I am now refining my programs to make them even more impactful and accessible.
In the entertainment industry, I have performed in the 9/11 tribute stage play 110 Stories, worked with brands such as Bad Boy Mowers, Sculptmaster Pro, Toppik, Westin Hotels, and Terminix, appeared in short films and feature films, and played a secret service agent in the film Reagan with Dennis Quaid. I have acted in the YouTube fan series The Federation Files, voiced a character in the animation Attack on Dragon, and narrated an audiobook on Amazon. I am currently studying voice acting with the goal of expanding into both film and voice work while continuing to grow my fitness empire.
Throughout my journey, I have had the privilege of meeting talented people such as Mahershala Ali, Jennifer Taylor, Matthew Lewis, Bonnie Wright, Gianni DeCenzo, and Charles Martinet. I am grateful for every opportunity and remain committed to building my dreams and empire while helping others thrive.
Amazing, so let’s take a moment to go back in time. Who were you before the world told you who you had to be?
Before the world tried to define me, I was endlessly curious, ambitious, creative, and determined to follow my own path. I loved exploring new things, expressing myself, and pushing my limits without worrying about what others expected. I didn’t yet know the world would try to label me. I just knew what excited me and made me feel alive.
That sense of self carried me through my early choices and shaped how I approach life today. I’ve learned that real growth comes from staying true to yourself, embracing challenges, and refusing to let others dictate who you should be.
Who I was before the world tried to define me is still the person I carry with me today, someone ready to dream big, work hard, and build a life on my own terms.
What did suffering teach you that success never could?
What suffering has taught me that success never could is just how much stronger you become from struggle, no matter how big or small, and the lessons that come with it. It has shown me who is truly a friend and who is only around when times are easy. It has also helped me recognize what I can improve on, reminded me that I am human, and shown me that I am capable of overcoming obstacles just as I have in the past. Ultimately, it has shown me that I am truly resilient.
Next, maybe we can discuss some of your foundational philosophies and views? Is the public version of you the real you?
Yes, absolutely. I’ve always believed that being yourself in public should reflect how you behave as an individual, even behind closed doors. I’ve never understood people who put on a fake persona to please a fanbase or follow an ideology, only to be completely different in private. Authenticity is everything to me.
Thank you so much for all of your openness so far. Maybe we can close with a future oriented question. If immortality were real, what would you build?
If immortality were real, I would build a utopia, or at least the closest version of it, for myself and everyone else. I would ensure the environment is clean and safe, prioritize global health and fitness by addressing obesity and preventable diseases, and fund advanced medical research to help people live longer, healthier lives. I would implement sensible regulations on everything that can harm others, from dangerous weapons to emerging technologies like AI and self-driving cars.
I would work to balance societal funding, making sure underfunded areas like education and mental health receive the attention they deserve. Teachers in America would be valued and paid more, college would be free, healthcare would be a universal right, and everyone would earn livable higher wages. I would advocate for rehabilitation over punishment in the justice system, fight against animal cruelty, and reform mental health support for those who have gone down the wrong path.
Ultimately, my goal would be to create a world where people are healthy, happy, mentally and physically strong, and living in a safer, cleaner, and more equitable society. Technology and weapons would be responsibly regulated, and everyone would have the opportunity to thrive.
